HBR are currently producing FCF of $100m a month. They will soon be investment grade. They can then fund Sealion with cash, debt financing and Navitas. (Remember the cash component is paid over 3 years)

Yeast, you and I both know there are old shareholders who will want back in on the back of a decent arbitration award. It's in their interst to suppress the share price.

Cyan , without Sealion HBR are just a bigger version of PMO. Old ageing assets with tax credits soon to be utilised. Profits will then be severley reduced. HBR need Sealion.
