Market Makers are supposed to create a market for shares. A 10% spread on a company with a huge free float like RKH is not creating a market. I call it market manipulation.

UOG almost same market cap as RKH. I'm speechless

Should Harbour decide to withdraw then we would seek to “inherit” the licence but in the end we would need FIG consent. Additionally it might be that we try to keep Navitas in the acreage should Harbour withdraw.

Cairn Energy now struggling to find cheap assets with rising oil prices.

I am expecting an update from the arbitration any day now.

Mexico still need to rubber stamp the deal. I believe they are playing hardball regarding unitization of Zama. I don't see that PMO/HE have any other choice but to succumb to a downgrade. This could drag on because I don't see the other parties Talos Energy & Sierra Oil in agreement.

We need a company update on the situation on why Mexico is taking so long to give its approval to the merger.

Cairn will never get their money from India. RKH will get theirs from Italy. Different court and compensation arrangement.

I think Steve is probably more accurate when he talks about about free float because the majority of shares are locked up for a year. Sorry to disappoint all those that thought tracker funds would be forced to buy on FTSE entry just becuase HE will be valued at £3bn+

Wrong. Harbour are prohibited form entering the FTSE listing (for purposes of traker funds) until 1yr after the listing. Fact

Just for your information tracker funds will not be forced into buying shares until the lock up period has ended. ie 1 year from completion.

Soder you obviously don't understand business politics. Mexico in fight over Zama unitzation. They are not going to give clearance unless they get what they want.

I'm guessing a delay will require the debt holders covenant waivers. Remember Zama is worth approx $300 m to Harbour. They don't want to over pay for PMO
