Rationalize Rick S and roundtablers31 Dec 2019 19:37
hmmm well Rick S is in many ways correct, the gTLDS market is not anything like we originally thought, a multibagger in a few months, well it hasn't turned out that way, quite the opposite, a tale of near perpetual frustration. Rick correctly points this out, we have around 31MM registrations as a market and we may have expected many more. Since ICM has been on the scene we have built a successful annuity based company, now (I believe in profit) provided we keep selling registrations and renewals stay at the current level we have a sustainable business.....debt free, so that is all to the good, I believe my investment is relatively safe. The bigger picture is that the more registrations a company has with the minimum of cost the more profitable they are going to be, we are an industry where size really matters . So....Abry and subsidiaries as far as I know have circa 14.5MM registrations, almost half the market. Most of the contributors to this article talk in terms of a great deal M&A in our market in 2020, by the end of 2020 MMX are likely to hold at least 3MM registrations and £20MM plus revenue, It may well be that Abry or another PE company will seek to aquire MMX because most of that £20MM will go straight to the bottom line. So hey Rick S don't you think it would be a good idea for you to invest in MMX? Happy new year to you all, could 2020 be our year at last? Huckster
