I have to say I really do not understand this share, selling just prior to news and getting to the back end of a 5 year plan. I think we know the results will be so/so and generally OK, nothing spectacular, don't really think the price will go outside its usual range of 6.0 - 6.5 p that about as excited I can get with MMX at the moment atb to all Huckster.

You've got some nice optimism going on there Bakky, I think sales through the channel is a great SaarS business model, basically the sales are automated so that is shrewd (no sales staff required) the problem that may be present is that there are not enough of these very clever automated sales to create good results. What is likely to happen as regards these results for H1 next week is that there will be loads of rhetoric about the company working smart with loads of impressive increasing percentages around sales and performance with absolutely no way of us verifying their validity. We need to put these results under close scrutiny and carefully check that the results are valid and not in fact a sack of **** dressed up as sex on a stick................................ CentralNic Group PLC (AIM: CNIC), the global internet platform that derives revenue from the worldwide sales of internet domain names and related services, announces that it has entered into a conditional agreement to acquire as a going concern the Zeropark and Voluum businesses including all material trade and assets pertaining thereto (together being "Codewise"), from three Polish based entities. The total consideration for the acquisition of Codewise is USD 36 million, payable in cash upon completion (the "Acquisition").



Codewise is headquartered in Krakow, Poland, and provides services to domain name owners and website operators so that they can generate recurring income from the monetisation of traffic to their websites, as well as tools for online marketers to acquire traffic and customers, and to manage and optimise their online marketing activities.



This Acquisition will expand CentralNic's monetisation segment following on from the acquisition of Team Internet in December 2019 and will both build market share in this segment and expand CentralNic's monetisation suppliers and customers. It will also allow the company to provide sophisticated online marketing tools to its customers who procure domain names and other web services from CentralNic's existing businesses.



The Acquisition is expected to be significantly earnings enhancing with immediate effect.



The Company also announces an accelerated bookbuild to raise approximately £30 million (c. USD 39m) of new equity to fund the Acquisition and associated costs. Further details of the proposed Placing are detailed in this announcement.

SS totally my view, fundamentals sound, no focus on creating investor interest, shareholder value,generally an insular company, not quite sure what communication is like with II's. Makes it a frustrating ride for us. Huckster

My problem is that looking at ntldstats or the MMX website does not show a picture of rising DUMS I know Ablock and ICM are not included, it means we have no way of knowing what the true picture is. Toby's interviews are all full of confidence and rising sales and renewal rates that are not backed up in any full picture way and we have been totally underwater for years!
Mates rates and spikes only add to the depression, we need to scrutinize these results in a week or so....Huckster

I think we knew that if folk bought MMX shares in quantity the sp would rise, the rise is sp will be very very strong if demand was hard to meet, its really a matter of creating some investor interest in MMX . It should not just be a question of inventing a 5 year plan and not bothering with attracting investors or giving share holder value until the 5 years are up, why can't we try and do them all simultaneously? they are far from mutually exclusive, they all need to happen, we could be making millions but if no one invests to some degree we are wasting our time. Well, now I think the rise was probably due to buying on Friday as opposed to any impending size-mic news. If we can hold 7p+ now we may get another tick - up on the results and an inaugural divi announcement, still fairly positive.....time to sell.....I think not.........Huckster

Surely there no way the board or the II's would entertain a low ball offer now after all the shag and hassle we have been through to get where we are, surely anything south of 15p would not even be considered, this is a 15 - 20p company as soon as we have the y/e results published next year, to sell out now would be d,d,b and stupid, I would prefer to wait......Huckster

MMX sp rose 20% in an hour and a half or so to close on Friday, what could cause such a rise after months of being static at 6.00 - 6.25p The opening price on Monday will be interesting an 8p+ sp would be very intriguing. ................................. Huckster

Quick question, I get that most of the II's will be looking for a sale to add value to their investment, say a sp 15p - 20p sale, I strongly suspect the PI's are singing from exactly the same hymn sheet! but is this what you surmise or was anything like that referred at at the AGM?

Thanks for this SB. Only just seen as we have been away in the western Isles. There were some very broad Glaswegians in the hotel, after half an hours earnest chat with them I had to tell them i couldn't understand a word! luckily they they found it funny. I agree the board should let it be known what the DUMS are, its a guage on actual sales, ergo an incentive to invest. Great to hear the slightly spurious 5 year plan is on track and nearing completion. Is 0.1p a quoted interim dividend figure or just an example of cost to the company? ................................thanks Huckster

18p is just a punt, wish, desire, optimum, and a way out, i don't expect that now or anytime soon! a divi is very likely, that will represent us being a better investment prospect and it's progress.
