I suppose its not really worth selling at 4p, the market opinion is very much against us, bit like football team who are losing every game, written off as useless, until perhaps they get a new manager who can breathe life back into the team and get it back to winning ways, any synergy with MMX there?

Toby's main aim as quoted many times is 'to return value to shareholders', Toby inherited a reduced share price at 8.5p from a high of 14p and has used all his experience and CEO skills to more than halve that share price to a current 4p in the last 4 years, if this is success it is frightening to think what failure would look like! Do you really think he should stay?

I have no idea what is going or what the company think they are doing, whats the worst that could happen?
I am getting a sense of impending doom, I will never trust this Bod again

29th January 2020 Minds and Machines declare Maiden dividend after strong trading.
24th March 2020 Minds and Machines hold back on dividend against Covid 19 uncertainty.
30th July 2020 Minds and Machines deliver top line growth in H1.
9th October 2020 Minds and Machines launches investigation whether revenue correctly recognized.
28th October 2020 Minds and Machines renege on dividend promise, company completely silent for 3 weeks as share price crashes down to just over 4p investors speculation and concern ignored by company as millions are wiped from the market cap as sp continues to slide.

The Bod needs to get this investigation concluded, get all that has happened out in the open, apologize for being total knobs. Toby should, if there are others more capable of driving this company forward, offer to resign. Just got in from a busy day, how bloody depressing, these idiots have trashed our company, the problem is that everyone has had enough and wants out, so as soon as the price goes up, if ever, everyone will sell in order to get out, so the price will remain rock bottom, the only way forward is to change the management team and get some confidence going or sell the company, God out sector compatriots must be laughing and licking their lips, its so effing depressing! If we ever make 5 years, which is in question, this is surely a great time to invest, its just a question of finding how low this is going to go, wish I had my holding at these prices

SS I am sure you are right if the SFO were required and things were that serious the company would have to inform the shareholders but the falling sp is now very concerning, as far as I can see its caused by selling which in turn is caused by MMX not coming clean with the happenings which causes more selling so the sp falls, these people don't seem to care our faith in them is falling off a cliff. are we missing something here? Are aim companies required to give profit warnings if there are shifts in fortune? This is getting concerning.......................... Huckster

Trouble is I am choking on the food. Yes, A block is probably our only hope of revenue growth in 2020 and 2021, won't know about this until early next year , having said that if it is going well one might expect the company to see merit in telling the s/h's and the market about it.
We need to know the relative monetary quality of our current sales against the circa 500K VIP deletes so we have a handle on the defacto revenue,
We need to see our costs come down
We need this financial irregularity to be put to bed by RNS asap, uncertainty is the worst thing for investors, even if its just a minor thing the company should head off speculation.
The worst thing is I don't think the company are going to give answers to any of the above and shockingly I would struggle to believe the answers they give, very frustrated seeing my investment evaporate before my very eyes ......................Huckster

Well, SB, suppose I have to agree, not an entirely squeaky clean track record! This particular episode aside we have plenty of other problems, my particular worry is sales, the new business model is good for me but without the fuel of sales to push the DUMS up were going nowhere ergo less attractive to buy. DUMS are now about what they were a year ago not withstanding A ******* and ICM, that equals going backwards in pure numbers, we don't know about the actual revenue level we receive from these lower sales, the company will probably b/s around this element with a percentage comparison relative to current betamax tape sales in Woolworths.. ........................Always good to chat.......Huckster

mmm......... I feel that this is really just a ****-up that in a month or so will be seen as a storm in an teacup! I know SB is much more concerned as it is not the only issue that requires close scrutiny. Looking at the way the company are handling this, ie an RNS raising the issue and saying it needs formally investigating albeit the damage is limited; it is either not serious and requires no explanation or in very sharp contrast it is really serious and there are many more dodgy happenings still to come to light , the later scenario does not bear thinking about because the consequences could really be very serious, i personally feel that on the balance of probabilities that while this is a very serious oversight it will blow over really quite soon. Hopefully this is indeed the case.

Well, yes, all depends on the legal jurisdiction applicable to the contracts, if there are recorded warnings, 6 - 12 months notice plus any bonus due, plus possible competition clause, if no warnings the same applies plus an agreed compensation against legal action for being wrongfully dismissed, this is to head of legal costs. I don't care about any of this, I want the sp up and the DUMS under another companies management, I would like to see the back of this farce asap at 12p plus..........Huckster

YHAL, I think you are generally on the right track here, the management does definitely have form for bad commercial decisions and ****-ups, it is difficult for us old timers to erase the pain that has dogged us for so long, that is however neither here nor there, but investors are aware of the dodgy history and will have to see success on a stick screaming at them to invest in MMX. Circumstances do not exist whereby idiots who have made serial ****-ups will be required to pay for their mistakes personally save that their contract of employment may mean they can be 'kicked into touch' for gross incompetence, and quite rightly so. The company (chairman) should clearly send a reassuring RNS pronto, why on earth wouldn't they do that ? wtf do they think we feel about all this on top of everything else including an sp in free-fall for 3 years? . I agree with YHAL, if we are not careful we will create more issues than we currently have, worst case cash scenario is $1M, worst case management issue is a couple of seniors are let go, well, the latter may not be a bad thing, as far as I can see we have our II's and business fundamentals, yes it's bad but lets not make it worse. morning SB, this is now very concerning, people talking about a sale of the company at 10p, that is way below the worth of this company but who wouldn't take it now? Few had much confidence in MMX over the last 5 years, i doubt anyone has any confidence in MMX now hence falling sp, the only thing that is going for us is our cash into bod pockets. I know Toby does not feel the sp is his responsibility or reflects on him in any way but he has been running things for about 4 years now and his efforts are reflected in the sp, we are at the end of year 4 of a 5 year plan and things are going downhill at a rate of knots, is shangrila really only 1 year away? I don't think we should overdo all this with specific intelligence , fraudulent behavior etc..... but surely the clear and obvious concerns of the investors should be addressed, the longer we are kept speculating the worse it is, come on Toby wtf is going on......Huckster
