Look at the balance sheet back in November add 40 million to it then you'll realise HUM just need free cash flow of circa 20 million dollars from total operations and the target 2024 debt repayment is at hand.

The debt has been transferred to shareholder via the placement but the free float of shares is unaffected, owing to the provisions placed upon Coris.

The current discount represents the risk of the second tranche not being passed which raises the liquidity risk for the company. If you think the vote will pass then you would be insane for not adding at 11.25 or lower.

Happydays you keep overlooking the structure of the production process and the cost liabilities of each stage. The modular success will be a win for IRH, JLP will only make marginal earnings over the cost of producing the concentrate. They need to demonstrate they can feed sable with enough concentrate that they can produce the cathode and cobalt at a commercial rate without interruptions. Only then will there be a turnaround in the earnings trajectory.

Personally I think they'll be another placing around May time.

If it's all so certain then why did both Leon and Colin sell 30 million shares at 13p immediately after taking up their options at 3.2p on the same day? Why not take up the options and hold them, if it all it isn't a bag of absolute bag of horse manure??

How is it that a CEO and chairman who then immediately resigns can dilute shareholders and take a 400% profit the very same morning not be a red flag, a sell signal or at the very minimum a cause for concern?
