BIOGRAPHY

Ernie is a highly regarded mining analyst, formerly with one of the world’s largest money managers, Capital Group, from 2004 until his retirement in 2017. Prior to this, he spent over 13 years with the Royal Bank of Canada where he was Managing Director of RBC Capital Markets, Director of RBC’s Global Mining Research team and former Chairman of RBC Dominion Securities’ (now RBC Capital Markets) Strategic Planning Committee. Ernie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Dalhousie University and sits on the Technical Advisory Committee.

Demand is meant to lift a price gotreal, surely even you know this?

Got them at circa 21% discount, it's pretty obvious how so someone makes money from taking part.

Another stock overhang against a falling eps value. If anyone is still daft enough to be holding at this price, the only thing they have is hope. Hope that for once, one of Leon's ideas works out for better.

Accelerated book build for £10 million shows they have zero cash. If they didn't need the cash why not knock back the over subscribed and take a lower price to save dilution.

If 5.5p was over subscribed then the next lowest offers could have been accepted upto 4p to still raise 10million and have less shares in issue.

The fact they took the extra 3 million speaks funkin volumes.

Well last year Liberium issues a 32p target then today confirm that a recommended offer of 13.5p is fair 🤣🤣🤣
