Flashy500, the early day(s) page I am not on. For me, this should of been closed down as the RNS etc were being released, this is why all top firms/listed or not/have retainers with firms. A top barrister/firm would of had legal papers delivered by late afternoon and in front of a judge the following day. This is how the world works when we are playing around with the potential sums of money/contracts etc as well as dealing with the goverment.

Why are the BoD (maybe they are/if so they should put this out) not taking legal action against the BMJ and Guardian, just considering the damage to the SP/the brand/forward contracts and possibly II coming on board, never mind us, the PI's.

There are plenty of excellent commercial barristers working out of Grays Inn Chambers, Holborn, Omega/Wallbrook/UK RTC, whatever their contracts with each define should be all over this. If not, they are leaving the door open for the BMJ/Guardian or whoever else feels they can get away publishing incorrect information. Its chicken feed to have a barrister/firm on a retainer, considering the big picture.

TWatcher, that is a question a lot of people are thinking. Maybe there is something else going on behind the scences, MHRA is not adding up, its in the public domain and is as grey as a grey fox. All being equal, after the rollacoaster ride for as SH's there is a surprise on its way. Stranger things have happened, I lost my sock and find it in the garden after my dog had a dump, after the last few weeks anything is possible.

Sensitivity – the lab based sensitivity of the Innova test was 79.2%. This falls to 73.0% when used by healthcare workers, and falls further to 57.5% when used by members of the public. This difference means it is unlikely that home testing will be rolled out anytime soon...

I think everyone needs to take a chill pill, pointless in screwing each other over. We are just PI's, its all conjecture to a point. Its been a trainsmash ride over the last few weeks, plenty down on funds (me included) - Positive vibes are required, otherwise we might as walk off the cliff.

Vascular - It out now, they have made a comment - Need to believe what they are saying. This morning TV'S programmes are all out testing, people are waking up to what is going to happen. What a ride!

Vascular - Home tests. As others have mentioned, this was not in the originally docs. MHRA has muddied the waters for a lot of SH due to a 'supposed announcement', maybe its false hope, maybe its all just about timing and its all going on in the backroound. People were saying a few weeks back retail stores could legally not test due to the law, wonder how Boots got around it, and I can 100% tell you other high street retailers will be doing testing. Point is, home testing will happen and why not, manufacturing and MHRA are in the way today, end of the month/tomorrow its a whole new ball game.

Just need to keep the faith - IMO my gut tells me home testing will take place, even if its a kit that is bought from Boots etc. Makes perfect retail sense that is the road that will be trodden on, retailers do not miss out on golden eggs like this.

As many have said, lets hope the PR team @PF2 get this out there.
