Rooky, covered a lot of good points. The only other point I can see investors going to is crypto. News on PayPal pushed BTC up, with China's new digital currency and FB Libra, I think over the years this will become more open to investors and accepted by the masses. Most people use digitial money, who carries cash these days if you are under 25/30, not a lot. Its just not seen as digital, but in my mind it is.

Just needs a few big brokers in the US to come in and offer to their clients and its off. Will BTC become a storer of wealth, rather than what it is now, if so 20 years time one coin will be worth xxx.

The US will have to bring out a digital dollar, the FIAT experiment is coming to an end, its just about timing and how to sell to the public.

Licensing/royalties, even though percentage numbers are small its relatively easy to set up. Good legal protection on contracts, good PR...could be a nice little add on to bring the SP up as well as the balance sheet.

Going back to Eskom and the contract. We have to remember the situation on the ground in SA, in a nut shell its crap for most South Africans. The world bank have loaned the funds to Eskom as they are finacially fxxk for a better word.

Eskom have to, literally get away for coal and get into solar which is happening. Eskom infrastructure is a mess, its falling apart due to a lack of investment, corruption and a lot of the 'old guys' have left. For Bushveld not to be involved, not to get contracts from Eskom, not to be the flagship supplier, if that happened I would eat my flip flop! South Africa does not work that way, there are reason why the make up of the BoD includes Dolly Mokgatle, ex employee of Eskom on numerous levels.

It could be with no news it does drift further down, but will it reach 60p? If it does, its not such a big deal, I think a lot of other new investors will be able to come in and fill the gap and drive up the SP back to around the 90/£1 ready for the next push up. Nothing nothing and nothing has changed, its the sell off and some pi's loosing their nerve and leaving. You would suspect them to return in numbers once the SP stables or the TR1 is released on the status of play with L&G.

Steve777, I would hope most SH know what they have bought into and the rainbow chasers have crossed the hill, to been seen later on in the month. L&G is not helping the SP, soon as have reached their sell off target, all a % the better as far as I am concerned. As you say the US will be a concern next week, if Trump looses and kicks off it will have a ripple effect. I follow a couple of US twitter guys, both say the market is ready for Biden if he wins, although equities will take a hit. Who knows if they are right or slighlty, Trump wins and the Nasdaq has worked the price in for his win, does anything move up or down there, no idea. Biden might be a better bet for Covid stocks and us, he should be a lot more proactitve in getting the FDA to push through European companies approvals.

upomega, not sure I agree with the L&G comment. They work on different times scales of when theY dispense with shares, plus we don't know how Fidelity feel about L&G investments. Plus (lots of bloody pluses after this week :) ) dumping certain share companies is part of a bigger policy. I don't know if they are selling off any other covid stock or any of their other listings. Added to that, there are no further TR1's to suggest all their % will be sold. Its a pain in rear as for pi's its holding the SP back and whatever the reason a II selling out/part or full sends the wrong message to anyone not doing DYOR.

TradingPlaces69 - I mentioned this to AndItsGone yesterday about testing being positive to get things moving. The vaccine has downsides, whatever way you look at it, but in the end will play a big part for a lot of people. On the other hand, testing, lateral flow tests (LFTs) are going to be (hopefully) able to identify asymptomatic individuals.

I think we need to remember, people want to travel. That initself is going to create big demand with the vac/test. Hotels/resorts etc are going to give customers offers they can't refuse, for many lifetime trips they can't refuse. Winter is just starting in the UK/Northern Europe, by Jan people will lockdown (whatever that means) will be crying to get out to warmer climates. No doubt, the next several weeks will be a bit of train smash, but there is a lot of positive news on its way, its just taking a bit of time to ramp it all up due to manufacturing, picticular with approvals over the new tests etc.

AndItsGone - I take your points on board. Testing will get better, gen 1 will become gen 5, test to pick up asymptomatic and on it goes. I can't see 50% uptake in the vaccine, no-one I know will take the first batches, and then its down to production times to feed the market. As you say, a mixture of two with both becoming better. The anti viral masks coming soon will help, as we know confidence is everything.

Last night went down well, good cash balance, 40m contract value from UK Gov, good revenue stream coming in, orders of 70 million to be confirmed by the end of they year, Apple/Amazon plus others and the cherry on the cake, data. Data, who knows what revenue that will bring in. Whats not to like! Lot of investors are a bit nervous, bad week for a lot on market so I think it will be slower than what a lot expected. Fireworks will come once the balance sheet starts to look more tasty, then the optimism will drive the SP forward.

Just been reading some of the comments. A lot of people think the vaccine is the answer, why not testing? Genuine question, I have been in covid stocks for a whle and there is a lot of positves to this.
