"it is common theme on small caps"
It may be a common theme with the utter trash you invest in and comment on Stocksandstuff, but the vast majority of companies large and small manage to get their results out within the prescribed four months (DTR 4.1.3 - I looked it up). If AstraZeneca, HSBC and Shell can do it with VASTLY more complicated businesses, what is Jimmy Too Teef's excuse?
GOOD companies have no problem getting their numbers together, disclosures written and statements audited in good time, thereby keeping the market up to date and their shares trading.
BAD companies have long discussions with their auditors over such things as going concern, solvency, and even how they are going to pay the audit bill.
Missing a results filing deadline is a massive red flag. A sign that all is not well with the numbers. Doing it TWO YEARS RUNNING is a sell and avoid signal like no other.
Sell all this garbage you post on, learn your lesson, and LTBH some shares in proper, grown up, well run businesses.
Then grifters like those running this sideshow won't have any enablers, and they will be driven from public markets for good. My work here (and elsewhere) will be done.
