Where to start.
Is this the same Frankie963 who, on 8 November, posted “i am down 50k cash here and feel really fcked off with sath…” “…i want sath out and replaced he just does not have the credibility to drive a listed company and has let down all shareholders…” “…i am holding out for another 2 weeks ....if no news then i'm going straight legal”
What have you had in the THREE weeks since, Frankie?
1. The resignation of a former chairman and director of 10+ years standing without notice or cause.
2. Er…
3. That’s it.
And now it seems Sath is your hero again despite you ranting on about him allegedly sharing insider information at an “investor weekend” that has been used to take the company down?
Do you have any idea what insider information is Frankie? What the Disclosure and Transparency Rules say the company is supposed to do with it, and when? Do you know what the Market Abuse Regulation says is and isn’t market abuse Frankie? In fact do you have any idea how the markets work and are regulated at all?
The fact is that this company and its current Chairman have both been the author of their own demise. They promised lots and delivered… nothing. Do you need me to post my favourite list again? Nothing has changed.
You say you are “waiting for the law suits to come in”. OK, challenge accepted. Just to make it easy for you, I am in the UK to accept service until the 18th, then away for an uncertain period. There was another guy a month or so ago who got all mouthy until I asked him to put up or shut up. He immediately piped down to the point where I now completely forget his user name.
All I will say to anyone threatening action is that disclosure, and especially discovery, will be fascinating. But bring it on. Or as Tom Winnifrith says, “see you in court btchez”.
