A “non-binding expression of interest” means nothing, from a company that has no money, supposedly backed by an un-named “family office” supposedly with billions under management. Yeah, right.

If you fall for that, you are a 24-carat mug and should pick up your badge at The Mug Of The Year Awards which I have expressed a BINDING interest in hosting in central London next month if I can sell enough 10 place tables at £15K a pop. Mugs of the world… ASSEMBLE!

Companies like this - pre-revenue, needing massive investment, highly speculative - should be allowed nowhere near public markets where they sucker in mug punters with dazzling promises of riches beyond wildest dreams.

This sort of project should be limited to venture capital only, sophisticated investors who can see through BS a mile away and hold managers to account on forecasts and timelines.

Given the record of some of the promoters here and the presence of Roast, Mir, Stockbox etc. I wouldn't touch it with a bargepole.

So you've got Zak Mir all over this and the Sunday Roast parasites being paid to promote it.

Another six weeks later you are still waiting for Prospectus approval.

Lied to a shareholder regarding the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Scheduled “an investor presentation for mid-October, by which time the Company expects greater clarity on regulatory timelines.”
