Some vested interest who wants to buy out the Company at cheap price is desperately wanting to hammer the price down using short position through different institution. My take is be patient. Market Cap of £300 m to Profits of £60 million is ridiculously low at 5 times for a Company which operates in niche business with operational focus to achieve what it intends to achieve. Surely some manipulation because of low market volume in AIM and in general LSE. Over period of time investing in LSE will no longer be attractive and most of blue chip Companies will either have dual listing or will move out of LSE

AIM is rigged exchange because of low volumes. We should exit AIM and list in US

This management has really behaved irresponsibly. It has been 9 months and they could not publish results and still need 2 more months. Is this a joke? The entire management team should be given the booth. We should first demand that audited results are published asap. Once it is done the shares will be re-listed at value between 25 p to 30 p and those seeking exit can do so by selling in the market.

This Company has great potential - good order book, trained manpower of 35,000 and network of global offices. It will be foolish to sell institution like Wood to Sidara. We may also have other bidders once the Financial Position is reviewed by other potential bidders

Gold mining is not about digging hole in the ground and extracting gold. It requires lot more expertise which I doubt Harry has the potential to deliver. Further, I don't see why a banker will give loan to KEFI which has negative Equity. In other words, KEFI will start business by using Bankers money without investing a dime in the business. Are they not answerable to their shareholders? If they are planning to give loan of £250 million then they would need at-least £125 million of Equity. Just cautioning you all. Watch out for RNS after market close in this week - relating to issue of Right Shares. This has been the trend. I have sold all my shares as I don't trust Harry. I don't want my good money to chase bad money

You ar right pokerchips. Those who want to buy will not do due diligence. They will only look at future potential. The major asset is the manpower and not the assets sitting in the Balancesheet

Same cycle is repeated - The price goes upto 0.7 p. New RNS for rights issue - in fact rights issue is subscribed by Harry and its associates. Not sure any new investor will be so naive to invest 5 million. Use the funds to pay Harry and his cronies. Again manuplate price back to 70 p. Sell the holding and bring rights issue and invest at 0.55 p. This cycle will go on and on. Inbetween promise - sign off next month, now wet season etc etc

@Wyndum: The overheads and liabilities will not have restatement as there was a clear indication that Revenue recognition was an issue. Shareholders are being short charged by atleast 70 p. This Company has huge potential and Sidara will gain immensely with the takeover. There should be complete change in management and BOD position and the Company will once again become valuable in couple of years - one can see value of 500 p. I am convinced and ready to take the risk of losing all my monies by rejecting the offer

@ CrazyTowers: We have often seen that the price will touch 0.7 p and there is an RNS stating issue of right share at 0.50 p. HIstory will repeat itself. I have sold these shares as I do not trust the management particularly Harry
