We own 1.18% of portage. Mkt cap is $280m. So $3.3m. Which is £2.41m to FFWD. Not bad from one of their much smaller investments

The way I see it, and it may be a little simplistic but the value of 43% of Leap alone will be worth more than £20m.

Current mkt cap £16m.

Portage we know the value - £2.8m including conversion to pounds.

Then there’s Yooma and Emmac - both leaders in their fields in Asia & Europe respectively.

Plus a few other investments.

Gambling is a fade?! It’s the oldest pastime on records. Literally the longest standing activity there is!! Gambling is only getting bigger. And then bigger again. People love to bet. Governments (USA) are making it legal in many more states. I guarantee you if nothing else - gambling will only continue to grow. Why do you think Ladbrokes were offered such a huge amount to buy them?

The court case won’t progress and OTT is dodgy as anything, probably EGHOS themselves and that certainly won’t progress any further. The SP will start rerating on this news + huge revenue increases

Quite similar to what I think to be honest – they knew what would happen when this RNS was released, so they start buying all the shares when the share price tanks. They’ve got nothing to lose by doing this – either they get an out of court settlement – they win. Or, they buy lots of shares cheaply and then say they are not progressing with the court case and then the SP rises. Option C is they do go to court and pay high legal fees and risk losing – highly unlikely
