Hi guys, I think you should check out Afriag, soon to become Apollo. Apollo are a monster cannabis producer. They produce 15kg of cannabis oil a day fetching $1.2m revenues per day. Afriag mkt cap is £2m. We don’t yet know what % Afriag shareholders will bet but will find out in March. Sounds incredible

In terms of what % will we own of Apollo:

“In view of the size of the Offer relative to the Company and voting control of the Company, the Offer constitutes a reverse takeover under the AQSE Growth Market Rules“

So the question is - what’s the minimum size a company can own to constitute a reverse takeover under the AQSE rules?

Agree with you there. With NSCIs mkt cap being so small and their % stake in PDS it means their whole mkt cap is justified just with that investment alone. Plus the business of NSCI on top
