It might be nothing, but I can see similarities in our rebranded logo and the logo of MPT. Different logos obviously, but similar colours and design... Would also explain why things have moved slowly in terms of takeover discussions, as we've been waiting on MPT going live... Just a thought. :-)

Yeah, managed to get another chunk at 5p. By my calculations the nwf share price would need to drop to 12cents to hit break even and that is even using today's exchange rate of 1.83 which is worse than the 1.77 quoted in the examples given a month or so ago. I can't see it being anywhere near 12cents, if it is, I'm happy to hold.

Man that sux! That's pretty much 50% of the 9.77p quoted as the estimated equivalent after the deal, can see why your gutted! Looks like you had a decent number of shares too.

I can't see the price increasing any from current price. These shares are a good deal but you'll need to wait for a bit to get a decent return, 10p before suspension is off the cards, unlikely to be worth anything like that after the deal is done, so no way they'll get there before, more like equivalent of 7-8p I would imagine. Wait a further few months after that and I can see 10-12p.

Any reason you think that? or just a feeling in you pants?

Moved some shares to my ISA and it has come through as 2 sells rather than a sell followed by a buy, guess because they were both below the mid... Just confirms that looking at the trades ain't really that useful.

Atlas shares moved straight on

This is all feeling like there is a big player building a huge stake and using Atlas and KTS to do so.

Today was the date given for the first tranche (converted 12th April) of the convertible bonds to be available for trading, guess this is what the huge trades relate to.

Jizzbiscuit, again another post with no substance, just an attempt to pedal some fear and get a reaction. Well here's my reaction for you, I don't think you make these posts because you are trying to influence the price towards a better buy in point, I think it's simply for attention. If you were trying to influence the price you would understand that you need some substance in your posts, but they are empty. The company is burning cash... Well I don't think anyone here is arguing, we all accept that it's necessary to do so to build a business and reach profitability. But unlike you, some of us have put forward calculations, showing that even at the current burn rate (which is being brought under control) we have enough cash currently to last until Q3 next year! By which time we can expect to seen significantly higher profits, which will offset the burn along the way. My point is, if you're just looking for a chat and some attention pick a BB where you have something worthwhile to say, build a bit of respect, you'll enjoy that more I'm sure... You're known as Jizzbiscuit here!!

I notice the exchange rate has drift away from us by about 5%. A$1.77 quoted in the original calculations which suggested a STEL share could be worth around 9.77p, exchange rate now sitting around A$1.85. Which keeping all the other figures the same would mean a STEL share would be worth 9.19p... That's assuming the theoretical ex-rights price is achieved A$0.223. Still money in this, but i can understand why we are at current price.

They seem to have processed all the sells, hopefully see a decent increase now as they work through the buys.

I think the issue with the pond life is they are always so focused on what the share price currently is and seem to have no understanding of how a business is built. If an established company decided to try and double its number of users it would expect to go through a significant period of requiring significant investment and reporting losses. The numpties refer to the fact that last year we announced break even and now we are back to being loss making. What they fail to understand is that we previously announced break even with probably around 10million users accounts, we have since grown to over 22million user accounts!! I would much rather be invested in a company progressing well to break even (followed by significant profits) with 22million user accounts than one at break even with 10million. Profits here will come soon enough and when they do they will increase rapidly. You don't get 12+million additional user accounts for free, it takes investment and time, but the rewards will be substantial when they come. The level of short sightedness is astounding, lift your heads up pond people! There's life beyond the pond and it ain't all doom and gloom! :-)

Hi JimBL, agree with your point, a long way to go and lots of hurdles in the way before production, but I would imagine that the nwf share price will be significantly higher than its current A$0.24, at the time of production. I would expect there will be numerous opportunities to cash out with a healthy profit before then.

Could it be mms off loading their holdings?

My view is that it is just the unknown around the nwf share price at the point we get our nwf shares. I think this uncertainty has taken away the guarantee of a quick buck on the day of transfer that people initially thought was there. I'm not bothered if I have to hold for a while to get a good return, which is why I have been topped up earlier today. As a few have said once this deal is done nwf share will only go one way.

I agree, I don't think that it will go to A$0.15 I think your figure of A$0.20 is realistic. Given the number of new shares available as a result of all the funding and share issue for STEL shareholders, i'm not sure that the A$0.223 they seem to be quoting as a worst case scenario is actually that. Still as you say, A$0.20 is still 30% - 40% on current levels.... Stick or twist... hmm
