There are different rules for mms and brokers around what they can hold, think its more like 10% before declaring - though don't quote me on the percentage. I'm pretty certain there is an II taking the shares straight from Atlas, no way PIs have soaked up 100+million shares since this started, plus remember all those big block buys back at the beginning, they don't reflect PI buying behavior. Think Dshox is correct, couple of week to tidy all up, then the II will declare their position and we'll start to move... And pretty quickly me thinks.

I think you're right Russell... The reason Atlas sold 90% of shares at +10-20% of what they got them for is because that is what the market would accept. The couldn't move that volume of (100+ million) share at a price any higher than that. However, with their final 5-10% why would they not let it run a bit and take a higher percentage. The sole purpose of their transaction is to make money so it would be foolish to think they wouldn't do this. I think they'll be happy with a 20 - 40% on the last block. We'll be completely clear in 1-2 weeks and that's when things will pick up.

Well I still have mine and I'm happy to hold for significant profit. Might be 2 months, 6 months, a year, I'm happy to wait. Things are lining up quite nicely at the moment, if I was to guess I would say late July / August we might hit a price worth selling at.

Not really sure what that was all about... Not really bothered either, fact is it got Atlas converting another 350k, roughly 2 more at that level and we're free to move on with 2.11m funding and some great agreements in place that we know of and I suspect a couple of others which have yet to be announced, plus costs being cut and user numbers increasing. Onwards and upwards

There isn't a debt and we have no open loan facility. We sold Atlas convertible bonds, we have the 2.11m they paid us for those bonds in the bank and they are now free to convert whenever they wish to. We have a clear purpose for the funds raised which will put us in a far stronger position in the future, meaning the funding has given us even greater potential than we had prior... with the obvious downside being sp dilution. We were around 350% higher a year ago than where we are now and we had less going on back then, so I don't think mcsquares' comments are dreaming at all, once this starts to move it will move very quickly and mcsquares' predictions may even appear a little conservative.

The wording isn't great but I agree that bonds worth 2.11m were issued. In addition 633k worth of warrants were given as part of the deal (the package). Atlas have not yet paid anything for these, they will pay the 633k to exercise the warrants if they wish to at some point in the future, for which they will receive 20,095,238 shares (giving each share a price of circa 3.15p). So the sp would have to go above 3.15 for it to make sense for Atlas to exercise the warrants. Alternatively they can opt to never use them. If they do use them we will receive 633k of additional funding.

I agree too.. However on the Atlas front there is no penalty for them in holding on to see if the sp drops further, because even if the company announces tomorrow that there in advanced stage of takeover talks and the sp rockets, Atlas will still have 20 days (or there about's) to covert at whatever the price was prior to the announcement. So, I think there will be a bit of a stand off, and atlas may only convert more when we get more good news causing the share price to rise. As a result I can see it remain as is for a while longer... But when the pop comes it will be all the more dramatic as Atlas convert at same time as good news! Hold on tight and be rewarded!

Balls.... Pressed post my accident :-) anyway was published on 8th May I think. But this is a great development in my eyes as it allows us to push new game releases to everyone who has the app without them actively downloading. I'm hoping the real purpose in developing this mygame app is for the Rightyoo agreement to have this on the Huawei's 'inTouch' platform, making all our games directly available to all on the inTouch platform in one simple move. That's would be a huge leap forward in terms of user numbers and revenue.

We had Wushu King released only 6 or 7 weeks ago back in mid-March. Wouldn't get hopes up too much about rns, I think the conversions will have to clear before news, but when it comes the price will fly!

Felt like the pressure had been taken off there for a bit as we came up from 1.2ish, but it's back on at 1.5p. Tbh, it doesn't bother me much, as clearly someone is buying a massive stake and they ain't doing it to loose money... Just a matter of time till we get paid.

Robert Ang is going all in. Half million dollar investment, good on him... Must be pretty confident!

Got 440000 so think that makes about 335000. With a 5.8p average, my break even is about 14c with the current exchange rate of 1.84, I can't see it hitting 14c. Either way I think I'll be holding for a while, exchange rate is playing a big part, if the exchange rate drops back to 1.70, I only need the share price to hit 26c to double up. :-) all ifs and buts, guess we'll see soon enough! Agree hardy78. Also, I think it could be a positive for us that so much of the A$30mil raised was taken by the underwriters, I would have thought they are smart enough to wait a little bit on a much higher return, rather than trying to skim a quick 10%... Although I could be wrong.
