Even walking a Marathon is a long way! If you don’t walk or run already regularly your going to suffer a lot. I’d recommend starting very early in the day maybe, before 6am, walk the first 10 miles at a slow pace, keep your pace so you can go 1hr without needing to break. If your having to take breathers often your going to fast. After 10 miles you can evaListen how your doing
