I read up on this awhile ago oxford company I think putting a layer on top increases efficiency
Witch to thread view and you’ll have no trouble finding it
He was talking about Vanadium Marie not the SP he said can discuss and he does discuss it later in the interview
Disappointing to see a small fall in both Europe and China today
China : US$7.10/lb (0.00%)
Europe : US$5.40/lb (0.00%)
Ferro Vanadium 80% USD / kg
China : US$29.80/kg ?(-0.67%
Europe : US$24.05/kg ?(-0.82%)
Time these stimulus packages kicked in!! Feels like a lot is ridding on the SA tenders for short term outlook. Hate being in the red this long!
Twiggy I think the detail of OTA will be crucial, but on the volumes stated in presentations once up and running 2p I see as a realistic minimum 3.5p as max for me on initial production but once ramped up after a few years could go significantly higher. Will I manage to hold onto my shares that long? Probably not!
Jogi I don’t see how anyone could accuse you of ramping, with a well balanced post like that. Ha ha

Hate to bring bad news but I’m heavily in BMN who are mining Vanadium and the SP has not done well. Speculation on why it’s not flying are wide and varied, I believe it will have it’s day though. I don’t expect any movement here till we get more news.
Thanks Loudspeaker that was the one.
Very surprised to read this morning that planning has been approved for new coal mine in UK to provide coal for steel industry. especially asi read yesterday about some US steel plants going green! Think it was on here but can’t find the thread.

Sounds like a fair price Alfa, I’ll take it!
I recently sold my shares in TRIG to average down further here, I’m hoping we can get moving off these lows and I can get back in there at a similar price.
Interesting sponsored article Loud speaker but more interesting is the company behind it did you click the link at the bottom? “StorEn has entered into a supply chain deal with Multicom Resources, an Australian mining company which is the owner of two vanadium mines. Through this exciting arrangement, StorEn has secured the exclusive availability of vanadium for up to 20 years with either a price cap or at market price, whichever is the lowest.”

Apart from the SP of course, we have made progress on many fronts yet we haven’t seen 20p since February. We made a small loss in H1 due to the impact of Covid and the impact of low V prices, There is nothing priced in for an explosion in the uptake in VRFBs, the market isn’t convinced it will happen clearly. I’m hopeful it will but to be honest not totally convinced, I am however convinced at some point V price will recover from here and so will our profits and our SP. So I quietly add to my holdings on the dips when I can. I believe there is little down side risk from here, sure it’s possible we could dip below 10p again but it’s unlikely and should be very temporary if we do.
Min down side risk with solid upside just on production increases and V price recovery with potential huge upside on BE success.
What’s not to like?
What’s the timeline on our mini grid. I assumed it would have been up and running by now.
Interesting article

.31 on opening is nice to see!
Fuller I can’t help feeling a bit frustrated, we have been told we are taking this to production, but at the same time we are busy spending money to prove up the value of our assets. I’m Surprised that plant design and costings is on the to do list, and I don’t see how we can be fully funded for the foreseeable future when “ Detailed Financial Planning & Project Funding Arrangements” is also on the todo list. I agree the plan for this funding is unlikely to be a return to the markets but without such funding arrangement in place being fully funded seems a contradiction to me.
I believe bring this into production and creating a revenue stream is where the real value is here, bringing 3p a share or more into reality. Feels like we are proving up value for a sale.
Anyway frustrations aside, off take agreements could be here in next 4 to 6 weeks which I believe will give us real impetus
Fully funded to work out our funding arrangements!
Still great that all permits are in place.
I’d agree 3p is possible even likely once we are producing, but might be some more dilution on the way so 2p is a slightly more cautious target. I don’t see the end of the appeals process making a jot of difference it’s pretty much nailed on so priced in. Off take agreements should see an uplift could be significant depending on the detail.
I do think the last placement was an SP own goal, the timing was horrible slamming the breaks on, it’s a real shame the company didn’t have a couple of weeks patience to let the SP find it’s new level before placing. But it’s done now and at least we have money in the bank to move things forward
Hi Jog
Hopefully your right.
