I wonder how many he now holds still ? also more than once when the main market is down cpx rises and when its up it goes down, probably coincidence

confidence or rather the lack of it is what is along with a summer malaise in the markets,kongats so far failed to deliver, lack of news , the share volumes speak volumes so to speak ,no buying strength due to investors sat on the fence causing it to drift lower...nothing to do with manipulation, all boards use that as a excuse always the mms, it never is.

yes your probably right ,same time as results which should be first /second week in sept and a update on court cases also. wish it were sooner but normaly the price starts increasing before then in anticipation ,least that's what happened last year but not forced to follow this time

just wondering why its all taking so long given kongats statement wording re "shortly" could it be that there has been some undisclosed technical hitches on route to have caused unexpected delays. I am not saying this is the case but its a possibility.

personally I think further down the road when things come to fruitation,ie 1-3 years that cpx will be taken over. Because I find it hard to believe that a small company with this potential will be able to handle it . murata for instance

I am quietly optimistic re- the outcome of these infringement cases,if the patents are not upheld then they would prove a waste of money and not worth the paper they were written on in this instance,, in the long run it could represent a considerable cash windfall for cap-xx, providing the defendant companys can stand the loss

I have read the cases information todate,all we want a speedy verdict and a speedy settlement.

he did say in one of his videos sometime around the end of last year that cpx would be into profit in the second half of 2018 assuming he is correct

so he was singing like a bird back then and so why is he not singing like a bird now? that's speaks volumes so he has nothing to tell us,nothing to sing about why? its all taking far far longer than even he anticipated let alone us. or,did he know it would and was just bulling us.i personaly dont trust him. this has done nothing since before christmas, eitherway he should come clean and tell us something, oh its proberbly all good long term but how long is that ? how much money have they left ? i hope when he does start singing its not for more money,thats all we need . i to want to know why no updates? whats the reason becuase from my experience no news is bad news and i certainly hope i am proved wrong on that one.
