So, if dl wanted his money back for aussie interests and he wasn't interested in lidsey it just doesn't say much for lidsey,after all dl will have interests elsewhere besides Australia and the fact he choose lidsey to get out of is suspicious . personaly I believe lidsey is a white elephant,production is dismal and certainly not worth ploughing more money into. I believe shareholders have been stitched up on this. The money should have gone on b&b perhaps someone should ask the board of angs why they have shoved more money at lidsey. a specific reason please or, are we right in saying it was simply to suit DL to get his money back at our expense ie dilution.

When your not making virtualy no money in terms of production its bad form to keep tapping money off shareholders just to pay someone off. It would be naive of us to imagine they are going to turn lidsey into a gusher with it..No chance. I would like to see a report on this fund raising by the board. especialy since we know they haven't sufficient money to get brockham into production ,why the hell didn't they use it to fund brockham then?

you haven't answered the question re-lidsey seaace,your a typical amateur investor with your head in the sand,,i hope all goes well but you need to see both sides of it. I repeat how does the maths make sense? quarter of a million funding for a few drops of oil...you explain it then but,you cant can you?

Why would a company raise a quarter of a million on a site which is barely producing ,how long to get your quarter million back? the maths don't add up. Personally I think lidsey is a white elephant, Waste of money,er correction waste of shareholder money. and now we have 8 million share overhang to get shut of. then whats next another raising for brockham not fully funded remember. I am still in this but uncomfortable with it.

it doesn't make sense at all. what you say I disagree with most of it, pie in the sky ,I would agree with.i don't belief there are sufficient oil reserves in the area to make it world class...no way.what does concern me is the amount of water potentially. when we get problem cleared I will feel a lot easier.

Well Balcombe is fully funded according to the board hence the last share offer but I don't think brockham is so, would it not have made more sense if you are going to raise money for it to fully fund brockham?..
Its true to say as pointed out that they may be something we dont know about with the board re-lindsey and, its the only thing that would make sense but, a quarter of a million funding for a few barrels doesnt. at least it doesnt make sense to me at any rate .. Wonder what our resident expert alan 2017 thinks about it?

I am surprised at this ,lindsey is hardly producing anything and yet the board has decided to increase their share . yet more dilution,i know its not a big figure but abit here and abit there makes for ever increasing amounts of shares in issue and frankly I don't think this site is worth the cost. why not just focus on what is, ie b& b..the lindsey is small change in comparison .if that were me I would have done the opposite and sold out altogether. its all to easy to keep doing it by share issue ,I hope this doesn't become a habit like it seems to be doing.

alan don't answer this if you don't want to ,or just say declined but,, I am curious to know what your background in the oil industry is? what company etc. I am not a pro in the industry or anything to do with it,just a investor and I appreciate your information but just interested to know that's all. maybe lots of others would be too.

including the latest news of the arrival of equipment, keeping us informed of events as promised ,this is 100 times better than before. I believe every investor in angs appreciates being informed good or bad but, it looks like we have everything now to look forward too. I am glad , I am not in ukog. never was though.i think those investors must need anti depressents

so how the hell have these peope on here know about a placing? have they all got a cristal ball? er noits all shite, conjured up mostly by sour grape ukog shareholders...their shareprice is about worth as much as confetti. they will never get there money back because they have to many shared in issue. what will happen ? they will sooner or later find they have a consolidation on their hands .it will go something like this ...every t thousand you hold will now be worth ten

oh yes, lol We have seen whats happened at ukog...no thanks ,the less shares on the market the better. placing price is always significantly less and the market follows it down more like.

According to a company report date march 5th /19 contained on their website according to lord lucan the company is in a strong financial position so, its very un likely to put forward a placing any time soon by the sounds of it.

this was only to be expected...it might be needed but its share dilution on a industrial scale,whats more it is likely it will lead to a consolidation eventualy,forthe size of the company the shares will do nothing at this amount on the books get out now while you still have something, cut your loss . those that think can buy millions and become rich via numbers...forget it.come back in 5 years. for now your money is dead.

angs stated that the last fund raising was and is to fully fund Balcombe so, how much funding is available for Brock ham? is it possible there could be yet again another fund raising this time to fully fund brockham
perhaps allan2017 can enlighten me on this
