why didn't it hit 9p last week after the placing news / willowpillow ? it had every chance , but,it didn't so, what makes you think it will now ? 13.80 is a long way past your 9p and with people waiting for further reports I don't think you have much of a chance to see it. in fact your only chance is if brockham is a duster and we all know it isn't so I think you will have a long wait and by the sounds of it you will end up paying a lot more than it is now, unless there is a market crash.is that what your trying to say?

Personally I feel this has been a terrible year for cpx shareholders .no headway for the sp whatsoever kongats needs a grilling at the agm for all this.If he has the orders then when is the profit going to materialize? Neither do i like the 40 mil options still at large when do they activate into cash? I think he has a lot of explaining to do when he puts his head above the parapet

how right you are, the shareholders are at the bottom of the pecking order with any company, furthermore I have to say if I had options given by the company at 5p I would have sold a lot of them <perhaps not all> because its a good profit ,not quite double maybe but a good margin plus they didn't cost you a penny, perhaps they think they might end up back at 5p otherwise. although its un likely I personally and probably speak for lots on here are ,sick and tired of the underperformance of this share which to me the sp is all that matters regardless of product or forcasts. its just simply fallen out of favour ,the sector in general is unfavourable for now.

Yes today is mainly a case of market jitters,but,markets have been in the main on a slide for awhile ..call it a bear market if you like, why? well Brexit negotiations and mrs may are not helping confidence . no deal is better than a bad deal agreed but, no deal will shatter the markets.Hope not but is highly likely , weak government and the EU bully boys are certainly not helping the markets which ever sector your in. I cant see a end to this either. it may be lucky to some extent that the company is Australian.lets hope so.

I don't have to convince I am invested to anyone,because, I am invested,you just don't or,dont like to believe that, I am only speaking the way I see it, I don't want the sp to decline anymore than you or anyone else does, I am stating possibilitys because anything can happen on the AIM especially to small companys, and I always look at smaller companys with suspicion, they don't have millions to back them like large companys do and so if anything goes wrong it can finish them. Now as far as I am concerned I hope all the hopes of success for everyone comes to fruitation. what I don't like is being accused of being a paid troll because that is absurd, I am not saying you have stated this directly but others have suggested that certain people are, on here. its bloody stupid ,there is no such thing. we are not big enough to make any difference to a..mm..b.. the company. or other traders we are just minnows. I think you have a problem with your own confidence.no one is trying to undermine the sp, its just market forces the markets of supply and demand as with any other company.

ironic...….maybe kongats will up the licence fee and royaltys to punish them.when he wins or they negotiate a pre court settlement. after all what could they do about it. I think its generaly agreed the culprits are going to get their fingers burnt over this big style. the sooner this is sorted the better. I am expecting a uplift to the sp the minute we hear they have conceded.apart from the details of it. just on this news alone.

What did I say yesterday ...Dutchman your advise was correct also. this share is never out of the red for more than a day every 2 weeks despite the news I thought it had a weak run up to the results, we managed 18p last year and this year..couldn't get past 13p on results ,they are low key coming from kongats, it will never do anything long term until they make a PROFIT,except for the odd spike.oh yes long term is good ,I defy anyone on here to say they was not disappointed this last week with the sp. Its just a small AIM company no profit and no dividend what do you expect, your not going to be millionaires anytime SOON. and please don't go and blame mm playing games, that's all old hat.
