Remember years back you got a little portion of salt wrapped in blue paper in the bag ,you could use it all or a portion or none at all.
I like crisps but not a fanatic about them ,some how salt does bring out the flavour more but i very rarely eat them now on account of the salt, lots of salt can give you blood pressure or if you have it make it worse. now, if this substitute is successful or should i say when i would go back to them . If people feel the way i do then it could also be a big uplift for some foods such as crisps ,people knowing that they were healthier . I believe if this product can replace a lot of natural salt in various foods, food manufacturers are going to go for it in a big way .And lots of people are far more conscious about health these days
Iput my faith in investors chronicle and gives me confidence, 2 years ago i took onboard a tip from them and it made me 30k over 2 years. so here is hoping with this one.
They are a well established company and really quite cautious what they tip, nothing rash . admittedly no company tips are a cert but i am not complaining , their sources of info must be worked out well before they publish them. i would recommend them anytime
Aiminghigh.......
You will not get a announcement , dont count on it,until they are ready to give one,and that will just notbe because they have been pulled back due to markets either, no insider info either.
IF you look at the buys its healthy, the company is healthy but the markets are not ,and, there lies your answer. furthermore i cant see any market recovery for quite awhile with one exception and maybe on Friday to close the week out
We will just have to sit it out..plenty of bad news out there with everything coz its a bear market. and could yet get alot worse. sorry to be depressing and i hope i am wrong but dont blame the company . i am in the same boat. yet if you get out now chances are it will bounce, and if you dont it could go down a sight further, its not a win,win situation.
Our only consolation if ever they was one is all the other company's are behaving the same . so if in dough do nowt as they say. The markets ,its hard to even look at them day by day . its horrendous and our percentage drop always seems the largest, lets hope the when it does rise lets hope it rises as quick as it falls , every reason to believe that but WHEN is a question everyone would like to know. a horrid week .
You should know the old adage , never put all you eggs in one basket and ,never throw good money after bad
BWA2477..... so do you usually invest 100% in a crappy stock? because that is what your lse share portion investment circle is showing, its a strange comment for a investor totally invested in TEK to make dont you think, very contradictory .
Quite correct Surprised Dont you find it strange that when it comes to good news our negative commentators eddie21 & Tricky always fail to mention anything positive regards TLY ,i do.
pwa2477 sorry to spoil your delusionment but its true and probably worse to come .
If you think i am in crappy shares then why am i in this ?
market indices have been marginaly higher maybe but, that doesn't mean to say that is going to continue does it?
Unless there is some co news at some point and they will be then its going to drift with the market indices as its proving to do along with many others out there...fact
If the market drops this will drop alongside it as you would expect. but, perhaps some of us think the sky is the limit personaly i believe the markets are heading for a fall at some stage in the not to distant future that's all i am saying because every where you look its bad news and this is going to reflect at some point over here on markets. now, i hope i am wrong i really do and TEK will just hopefully ride out the storm if there is one . Its just a gut feeling of mine ,prove me wrong i hope you do
Lets put it another way ,markets never been higher, then ,there is more downside than upside.
tricky...there will always be human error i agree , NHS has always been a liability that's true but,it always has been , i see your coming to your senses ,ps
NHS, well you cannot knock is they have dedicated staff and save hundreds of lives not just with covid but all things. alot of people would not have been alive today but for them but it badly needs reform. it needs help yes in some form or other and some of that help comes in the form of TLY BUT, its no good boris just throwing money at it
what about all the money that's been thrown at it this year alone? it never seems to make any difference, alot of it is wasted.
ITS to inefficient and over loaded with jobs worth's some of it needs privatizing ,not mayne all of it but some of it so the NHS can cope better with what it has. it needs streamlining, anyway that's just my opinion because i dont think all the billions are being spent wisely
SP not doing badly , nothing wrong with company ,very disappointing performance considering the prospects but, we are in a bear market and have been for several months now and given the news i dont see any prospect of recovery until the markets lift. but i believe it will fly to the next step up when we have news definitely , when ever that is , market has stopped this along with many others in their tracks for now . should be worth over 50p for next step up ,enormous potential here with this.
I suspect its because they dont have a product ready until next year,so they could not launch when most companys would have done, the product/s are not being held back i suspect they are not ready
looking ahead seems good but to date its been a dog ,
Disagree, thats a huge and abnormal spread percentage, i would like to know what the real reason is.
Going forward its a good company even though the market indices are dismal with all the depressing news on tv everyday but, have you ever seen such a stupid spread on a share price value such as this ? far,far to wide
The recent performance regards TEK is NOT the company but simply the dismal markets ,all summer and into autumn,...no end in sight, markets are upset because of one thing after another. Hardly surprizing is it ?when you watch the depressing news everyday
Why are you still in it then?
Thanks may see you later ,will look in from time to time .
I think they will benefit from the huge amounts of money poured in by the government Tricky
it seems a reasonable assumption . You go on to say about the meager profits as usual well, this cannot be denied regrettably but, on the other side of the coin ,they are paying a divi and its affordable ,they are dept free ,and they have capital in the bank for who knows what. expansion perhaps.
In all probability TLY board will be working on obtaining higher profits, i believe they have only excepted lo w profit margines to help get the contracts and get their foot in the door, not note the amount of money piled in by the gov that then they will seek to improve margins and this could manifest itself anytime up to their year end and i would by then be expecting a jump in profits and dividends next time around as a result because i dont think they have any serious competitors, at least not on the profit margin levels as they stand,i believe you once stated similar,or Eddie did whatever.
On a personnel note i dont agree with all this money going into the NHS because its all been done before and has not proved to work. cynical as i may sound its been done for political reasons to appease the public . On another personal note i sold out on tuesday at 37p what i had left but that's not to say i fault the company and if favorable i could buy back at some point
haven't the foggiest but does it matter? and your point is ?
tricky ...
You said it .... LOL sometimes the NHS does not have enough money to provide the latest diagnostic services !
I wouldn't know but it makes you laugh doesn't it? i assume you know it to be true , i can believe it but, it just proves me right as well its like feeding a bottomless pit isnt it? ,and all those billions put into it for years and the extra billions put into it this year and last .how on earth are we still saying that they dont have enough money for all the services, whats it going to take then in terms of funding ?
As i have said below it has reached a point when enough is never enough and private healthcare is needed a lot more than it is today, and,in the future although i dont like saying it but it has to be said because that's what's really needed.and,TLY in a win,win situation either way if it happens or not .?
Tricky...
You say the picture that emerges is of NHS poorly equipped to ensure that health services out sourced to FOR PROFIT providers will provide safe high quality care and good value for money ,unquote.
Doesn't that just go to show why TLY are winning contracts for the NHS in the first place ! because they are judged to be the best ,otherwise they wouldn't get the contracts what's more they have vastly improved the quality of the service and furthermore, its in all probability better than the NHS can offer.
Also your typical comment about "for profit " providers, well do you really think you or the NHS can actually find non profit providers ? LOL
Look, whatever TLY actually charge the NHS it wont be half as much as they should be getting. they are not going to save the NHS money by running at a loss are they ? The NHS is a huge money devouring,in effficient white elephant that has always swollowed ever increasing amounts off the government ,any ther private company would have gone bust the way they are run and the government keep pileing money into it ,yes our money because it is the politicaly correct thing to do even though they must know most of it is wasted through inefficiences. some of this money goes to TLY as we all know
and, because they cannot hope to manage wthout TLY ,they help prop the NHS up,and with in terms of work
Having proved over decades that throwing money at the NHS never seems to help the only long term way is to privatize some if not all of it and have people pay a private health insurance cover instead of the atrocious national health contributions which are a tax in their own right. and this would be a huge benefit to TLY as a private practice. The NHS needs so much reform it would be better to start again .
