I will have some mead please
Think you will find it is ...Thordon but dont just take my word for it...read on,i know you will coz your a carefull wise investor.
That's why i mentioned it to you in the first place and to see what you thought of it.
Certainly has paid off for you and me Thordon, Am sure you will be ok with it,just has long periods asleep depending on time of year and away from results and news but 0.5 % divi is good news, dont forget what i said about the other i mentioned
Should reach lower forty's in coming weeks as stated in a earlier message ,after that depends on results
THORDON ... If i and had not been to committed to the other company , i would have bought some back at 32/34 but i couldnt .i would have had to have reduced my holding in other company fully commited to that,it did cross my mind as i say because its healthier to split between companys as they say is not bright a idea...very dodgy . but however i didnt. tly, its unlikely to fall back much if any
Well now you have your answer Thordon , should be pleased with it ,i would be.... hold fast as i know you will.
contract extensions as reported last month ...sluggish sp , i would have expected this to have moved nearer to 40p by now,its got to move up sooner or later from this under performance. perhaps year end or sooner
Probably
Setting aside the drop in the SP initially the more you look at it this was a very shrewd smart move on behalf of our board
Good luck and congratulations to all those who stayed onboard
Congratulations to all those who sold the day before at 33/34 p and then bought back at 30p .a nice little bonus ...
Apart from market volatility lets hope that TEK continues to rise and all being well it should go lots further . company doing outstandingly well more to come best regards to all investors
NO
This should start to recover some lost ground in the run up to the interim results and the divi as such but, weather it holds thereafter is guesswork . As you know i am not in this but i still follow it to some extent
It seems the point you are missing Tricky from earlier messages is that the market is not happy about the way the BOD are going about things...simples but personally i dont think that is the reason ,also for your benefit if the BOD hold 50% of the equity then the rest of the equity held for in the main private investors is tight because 50% is not getting traded and therefore if a big sell occurs they are reluctant to take it onboard all in one go .likewise if you buy a large amount you may have to wait awhile for it to go through if at all,it works both ways i take it this simplifies it for
you., see where i am coming from
Tricky, i believe Stt1 has a point though, and ,by the way thanks sstt1, And his statement re-directors holding 50% of the equity hits home the fact that market makers due to this are really only operating therefore on 50% of the total equity and might go along way in how they operate regards buying but more so selling in a difficult market conditions in particular regards liquidity. just my thoughts ,i have nothing to substantiate it . also you too may have a point Eddie re no confidence in the directors ,maybe right but TLY have supposedly a good sensible group of directors ,maybe to sensible not individual companys but the market perhaps regards the health sector is just not flavour of the month really is it?. insufficient interest for now in the health sector, surprizingly . mediocre, springs to mind .You know yourself its all about patience and alot of private investors if they see something else which appears to have more potential on strong recommendation as they rightly or wrongly perceive at the time then they might go for it and it stimulates their interest in thinking it might gain more money out of it quicker,or so they hope but, thats how everything works really.
hi Thordon i hope you looked closely at it ,and for that matter anyone else , it seems to have lots going for it.
could be worth a punt for some of you. i am not just saying it, i believe in it. similar in price to TLY at the moment
Thanks for that Eddie. ...and,good luck to all remaining investors, you can see where i have gone by clicking on my name as i see where others are on here.ie what they have but its not entirely up to date all the time as you know.
NOTE ....i repeat nothing wrong with this company but, how many large sells do you see? 50k is the largest i have seen for along time ,the health sector is not that popular i dont know why but it should be but doesn't seem to be, i still maintain there isn't much of a market currently within the sp ,dont get me wrong i dont believe its the company's fault but more that of market makers . its not illiquid but shall we say its difficult because there is insufficient volume of trades for them. and, currently not much for investors to get excited about. Next set of results though could be interesting.
What is the reason? Eddie
What have fleas got to do with it Champaignecharlie ? LOL
Not all contracts are short Radium but its a growing trend it seems ... a good point though.
TLY.. make no mistake its a good company longer/medium term , but, i saw serious sp weakness last July, with the drop to 32 and i would say it will recover from where it is now maybe in a few weeks subject to upper thirty's/low forty's once more due to divi and results trend but what i am wary of is market indices are very high and there is market volatility with world events such as interest rates ,covid ,china etc that may upset the applecart but hope not because it would impact on most stocks and i am not in cash myself ..but i currently dont have TLY but i monitor it. because i believe at these market levels TLY if the markets dropped significantly they would indeed end up below 30 because the sp is weak . no need to tell you that .
TLY have a lot going for it as a company ,maybe the sp will show this eventually it seems for now to be under the radar. A small cash i took off the table 11k and out of the brokers to me, and the rest i re-invested into what i believe a co that will act faster . TLY was recommended 2 years ago by IC and served well until recently but i have now gone with another recommendation from IC
When you get that feeling that its time move on what you have but could be back in eventually of course but good luck to all investors, beware of indices hope i am wrong but are looking toppy. in my view that is. back to TLY you may have noticed this but it can be a struggle to sell large amounts and you have to break it down into several sells to clear ,maybe past investors experience have put some off due to this. the market for these for some reason is not very fluid ,doesn't help. that's what i found.
