Rahul has picked a cracking day to hold his webinar, really hope someone challenges him on the SP performance over the past couple of months

If HBR bid for us now I think we'll be lucky to get 55p. I know some will say it won't get shareholder approval at that price but how many on here would take it now?

In March 2023, Tullow and its JV Partners submitted an updated Field Development Plan to the Ministry of Energy and Petroleum and the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Commission Authority, for their approval. This is currently under review by the relevant authorities.

Things are moving forward, looks like the dates on the twitter pics might be right, hopefully more new soon

Anyone have any knowledge of how much a refinery would be to construct? would it be cheaper than the pipeline?

They need to pull something out of the bag.

The profits / gearing is already known / expected.

Hopefully Kenya or gas deal but not expecting anything on those.

I would love a dividend to be announced, think they can give up to £50M in the bond terms. That would give around 3.5p a share and give the SP a boost at the same time.

I know a few will disagree with a dividend and would prefer to reduce debt but they need to do something for us shareholders.

Not sure anyone will buy us until tax issue is sorted

I guessing tlw must be confident of a positive outcome, assume they've sought lots of legal advice before starting the process, the arbitration process won't be cheap

If they are going for the whole portfolio what do we think the offer price will be? At current SP I would guess 58-60p. Not sure that would get shareholder approval, al lot like myself have held since to £2ish days

BigRisky, I'm not normally one to get involved with the abuse on here, everyone is entitled to their opinion. BUT, I've had enough of the triplets as well so filtered them last week, life on here is much better.

Its not the triplets fault, I'm guessing they got bullied a lot as children, don't worry guys, you're never to old to get professional help!

Can't say I'm getting too excited just yet, we're still at 36p which is an F'in joke. I personally don't want the Kenyan news until the SP has recovered
