I agree with Anton, don't think they're considering raising equity, I may have dreamt it but didn't RD state that they wouldn't be investing capital once FDP had been approved?

I also think an agreement has been made, RD mentioned in one of the last presentations any deal would only be announced once FDP had been approved, obviously the big boy is waiting for this before they sign.

So the question is, what is the deal?
