I also think the company is doing well, I've been saying for months there's something on the cards, takeover (maybe wishful thinking), but who would actually push the button until the FDP is approved or not! And who knows how long that is going to take, is it with EPRA, cabinet secretary or parliament? My main issue with this company is they don't give us any info!

I also hold ENQ but only about a tenth in value of what I hold in TLW.

EPL shouldn't impact TLW but probably does as we seem to move together ish.

There no way the shift in SP this morning is normal, we were 10% down just after opening, now less than 2%, how corrupt.

Jan, I agree, my point is we don't seem to go up when we get a higher rating.

Whatever the reason its a F'in joke! currently 5% on nothing and POO is up. Getting bored of this now, the company needs to get news out there, why have we heard nothing about EPRA approval or rejection? its been over 30 days now.

So when we get a higher rating nothing happens, Jeffries comes out with this pile of **** and we get hammered.

The Company is in advanced exclusive negotiations with a significant UK North Sea operator. Heads of terms have been agreed for the farm-out of a material interest in the GBA licences to this company and both parties are working towards finalising a fully termed agreement in the near future. An exclusivity period until 30th April 2023 has been agreed

Agreement hasn't been finalised yet, wouldn't it be nice to get a similar update even when the deal isn't done yet on Kenya!!!!!

As far as special info is concerned there's two scenarios

1 he knows nothing - I would put a lot of money on this one!

2 he does know something and is stupid enough to post that he has inside knowledge, I really hope you do have this special info! Just don't bend over for the soap my friend!

Thanks for sharing. Didn't Rahul state that the FDP had been submitted on or around the 2nd March? I've slept a bit since them but sure he said last Thursday on the presentation on the 8th. That would mean the 30 days is up this Sunday, hence why I said the other day do we think we'll get an RNS Monday. Or am I imagining things?

No where near sensible levels

Am I right in saying the 30 day review of the FDP up on Sunday? I know there's another 60 days to go but wonder if we'll get an RNS on Monday?
