Fact remains, if RG thought the SP was going lower he would sell, wouldn't you given the information you have!

He may well be underwater. But if he thinks it's going lower or bump he would sell rather than lose more or the lot. He knows mire than all of us!

If he's not confident why hasn't he sold his shares?

Can anyone remember when RD gets the option to buy his next batch of shares, the ones as part of his deal? Was it Q3 next year, around 50p?

When did RD say he was expecting a decision, was it October or November?

I have thought about reducing my position until start of next year but I know if I do something big will be announced, tax dispute, acquisition, refinance etc, As for Kenya, I'll do a Del boy, this time.............

Could I ask, if you don't see any value in the short / medium term why did you swap from bonds to equity? or have you sold now?

If still holding, when do you think we'll start to see some growth in the SP? I'm thinking sometime mid 25 assuming the financing get sorted and further debt reduction. Think RD has another batch of options in 25 if I remember correctly so will want the SP higher.

18M traded so far, not seen that volume for a while, something going on?

I'm not sure a decision was due by the end June, I believe that's when the consultants review period ends, EPRA will now have to review and make a decision, could be this week, could be 18 months, who knows.

RD has a shed load of options next summer at c.50p, do you think he'll be happy with the sp at 31p????
