100% of time, effort and money sould be focused on bringing Topaz and the jetstram wells into production.

Once we are making money, and signing offtake agreements then that is bankable stuff that can be borrowed against...

Any dilution, from here to production, that isnt absolutely 100% needed should be avoided by putting it the other side of the production timeline.

That is the way we and the directors get rich off this... God forbid a stupid plan to drill in tumu goes wrong and sucks up more than expected cash and effort etc. + with trump making geopolitical noise over Greenland, I'd be shocked if the BOD decided to do anything other than the odd complimentary desk study with regards to Greenland. Annexation or some sort of dispute with america gaining the land may render all ownership and contracts void etc.

This share is starting to look a bit leaky in terms of news and share price action... this news today would go a long way to explaining the circa 25% rise over the last 5 days, and they have been back drilling for the last 5 days.. no coincidence I think.

May still go well today though as there are plenty of folk not in the know.. but its worth bearing in mind for the future. However I would imagine the leak is on the drilling side rather than the lab testing side, so the he3/he4 results, and any land/corporate deals should move the share price after news rather than before it.

Nearly 3 week shutdowns over christmas, likely 1 week left on js5.

3rd gas encounter, highest pressure readings so far, and by some way!

Next well makes the tested area 5.2km south west to north east!

New flow test will include js5 now and take 3 weeks each.

News is now running late IMHO. The rise could be because of a leak in the information (good or bad).

Expecting helium rates from js3&4 samples any day, also expecting js5 completion info, js6 spud and location... if its not with the market by monday morning, I'd expect a healthy drop in SP as I'll be selling a load.

P.s. well done to thoes that loaded up below 40p. I've now taken 2 rides up the 35p-55p runway, and will be selling some this week just incase it does fall back.

If this moves on another 10% then we are in all time high territory and the SP will be in discovery mode, so any good news that is received by the market well, that also pushes the ps more than 10% up from here, and we could be in a bit of a buying frenzy to find the short term new high..

Didn't say it was needed as the totality of all financing measures for rkh has been structured so that it isnt needed, but I could make an argument for why its wanted.

Time cost of money.. as shareholders of, including the directors and employees of, rkh we can get to the promised land (take your pick on sp number, everyone has their own) quickly or slowly.

Quicker will have a lower high point, but need more funding than we have, and slower will allow us to keep more of the jam tomorrow but we have the capital to do it over a longer timeframe (production, or financing from production, to pay for development).

Who would be interested..?.. at the right price, probably quite a few., same applies for Navitas.

None of us (including all board members) are getting any younger, and navitas have new projects to fund so would likely be interested in a faster financial timeline.

Development of known assets seems more their bag than exploration, so I would hazard a guess that they will want another player on board to share the risk of build out of what is a basin rather than a field.

Just an opinion as I said.

Thanks for the info re. production well completion speeds for CNS.. 60 days is now my new number on this front.

As an aside, are we taking an average of 60 days per well? From memory none of our appraisal wells on the stage 1&2 areas took anywhere near this, but I'm slightly out of my depth on this subject (not from the industry) so don't know the added time taken for producers compared to appraisal wells with flow casing etc.

I think there is too much time to drill straight the way through phases 1&2, without another project, within the stated timeline.

I wouldn't bet on thoes timelines. A new partner in the north faulklands will change everything.

400m for 10% of rkh share of the basin and we will be cashed up to move forward on phase 2 and 3 without any downtime between phases, or having to wait for oil monies to roll in. Phase 2 may stay the same timeline but phase 3 will be well underway by that stage if so.

All IMHO though.

There is no takeover, so no need to worry.

However one could imagine a possible takeover approach, be that hostile or not, at a later stage in RKH's life timeline.

In such a case there could be many different ways in which a proposed offer may get enough votes to succeed which can range from 100% paper swap (all your rkh shares for a certain amount of the takeover companies shares) to a 100% cash offer (all your shares for x £p each), and every possibility in-between.. reality is, if any of this were to happen it would likely be very beneficial to all shareholders immediately on announcement, but possibly not as good as the long term prospects of RKH going it alone.

Don't worry yourself about it, its possible and likely only a benefit to the share price, and your preference will not affect the outcome unless you hold more than 10/20% of RKH shares in issue.

My expectation would be stage 3 expansion wells/appraisal wells will happen with a farm in partner once the rig has done stage 1, with some exploration thrown in.. then it will be back to stage 2 production drilling whilst feed and fid is worked up for stage 3, 4 and 5 etc that will run on from the completion of stage 2. I think this as stage 3 requires an aditional fpso or similar so the downtime between stage 1 and 2 will be filled proving up 3,4 and 5.. New money will be needed as waiting for stage 1 oil revenue to spill over into new projects will take longer than the timeline allows. Thus the probability of farming down phase 3 whilst the share price of both RKH and Navitas tests new highs on first oil of phase 1 looks nailed on IMHO.

Id imagine its JS5 completion, bottom hole pressure and the JS6 location, maybe even a JS6 spud. Timings for this make sense if its 2 weeks average drill (this one is a bit deeper) and they started on the 2nd Dec from memory.

Possible outside bets would be JS2 workover / strategy announcement, state land being tied up, and JS3&4 helium3/4 co2 composition.

Looks like we have agreed to pay the aditional 400,000usd for the remaining 20% option. Considering the first 80% was agreed at the same price, I guess its either filling the chairman's pockets a little more with related party shares or they actually like the land package. Time will tell, and this will be either extremely beneficial or wont matter at all, as the cost per acre was so small.

All RNS's refer to Helium3 which is HE3 not H3

Been a long road, but at least the prize date of first oil is defined as hppening, and it is 2.5 years from now rather than it might be 2.5 years if all the ducks can line up.

It's taken 15 years to get thoes fing ducks sorted out, and I for one am now delighted it wont be more than 2.5 more.

Roll on takeover bids or first oil, im sure we will all be happy with both, however i'd prefer first oil if I had any say in it.

Yet more positive news.. at some point this share price will rise to better match the fundamentals which this company keeps proving up.

3km away and we are still a go for gas and pressure over 2 shallow horizons with possibly more to come (5000ft td is a lot lower than they have reported the gas at so far). 🤞

Flow testing results of JS3&4 seems like a delay out of nowhere🤔.. have they gone back to 2 first? Or have the contracting company forgotten to bring the test rig??.. odd, but it will happen eventually, and by then we will have drilled JS6 and maybe started JS7.

Chances of this not being extremely commercial are long gone in my opinion and this is now a very solid bet on a very interesting commodity space.
