This is absolutely hilarious. Gold is now DOWN $80 & silver is DOWN$1.70 (& they're both still falling). Both metals are now below where they were before all of this kicked-off last night.

Did every problem in the world get solved over the last 8 hours or something??? I've been watching this (so called) market for over 9 years now & this is, BY A COUNTRY MILE, the most blatant and ridiculous manipulation I've ever seen. They either thing we're ******* stupid, or they really just don't care.

But they want you to believe that the west has free-market capitalism. Free markets! FFS!!!

32M paper oz of AU on the CRIMEX is what helped keep gold contained today. Funny how we have "supply chain" disruptions in just about everything, yet Central Banks & the COMEX always manage to get their supplies of paper.

Stockable, I really enjoyed your post. As a holder here since 2019 (buying in sub-£6) I enjoyed the ride to £18+ along with the regular dividend hikes. The last 18 months hasn't been so good (to the sector as a whole) & I'm considering adding to my position here, although I notice gold is up 7% over the last twelve months, whilst we've languished. Unrealised value, or something else afoot?

Having sold a quarter of my position (@ £4.00) last August, I've now bought back at £2.42. There's simply too much value here. Let's hope Cyber Polygon doesn't ruin it.

How much business do we do in Switzerland? The Swiss have just banned ALL tobacco advertising. It can't be a huge market for us, surely???

O&W, The discount has been pretty close to zero on a couple of occasions; notably August 2020 & again last May. If you go to the Hargreaves Lansdown website & bring up GPM, they have some nice graphs showing SP v NAV over time.

Gavster, you need to re-do your calculation: "PFS indicates potential of 25-30koz gold production OVER 15 year mine life", not 25-30K oz EACH year.

94% of the adult population vaccinated & 95% effective (we are told). 95% x 94% is approximately 90%. Why aren't "cases", hospitalisations & deaths down 90% on this time last year?
