My current plan is to ride the bulk of the good news. Anything over £2 between now and January and Id be happy. If theres a trading range by then Id start short term in as I am in other stocks.

Transferring profits to my pocket and premium bonds. Keeping at least a quarter of my portfolio in cash.

If we start seeing the FTSE over shoot on Brexit and vaccine distribution to new highs I may take a short position on the FTSE. Ive never shorted a share but I have the indices on a long contract.

Being a former judge anyone with an axe to grind will have to have conviction in accusing BOO from now on.

Just need good sentiment about results and £3.90 to £4 on the build up to results.

Flown BA many times and the human customer service was great. Cabin crew were always polite.

Unable to take off from Dubai on time few years ago. Delayed flight cash was in my bank in or around a week.

Similar experience with Thomas Cook and it was denied and had to use a 3rd party. Must have taken 6 months or so.

Again, these days I would rather be in than out over the weekend.

I did see that the UN were approaching as many as 40 airlines with the distribution of vaccines. I would be surprised if BA charged for this given the global spirit of fixing it.

I think most in IAG on this board are not in it to see £6 a share and have made a tidy sum have got in around 80p.

Im still a few pence of breaking even on IAG but even I sold now at a loss on the year across my portfolio Id be around 80% so Im happy.

A Brexit deal has to be positive for the economy as there be no point in making a deal unless both parties get something out of it.

Biden seems like he will bring a bit more stability to the world. Way less chance of trade wars etc. More inclusive.

Theres more than likely gains to be had till the end of the year at least. But it has to be your decision.

If I was selfish I would say hold, buy more. As I want to see 2.10-2.15 before I sell but my average is higher. I would re-enter on any dips btw.

You could sell your 88p holding. Or sell enough to get your stake back and that way its all house money.

An initial drop in SP maybe but when people can look forward to holidays, nights out, normal patterns of life at Uni/collage people will need more clothes. I just see the next set of results a bit shaky.

I am in and out of this, currently in at 3.03. I am a little nervous that ASOS isnt rising into its update in Thursday, but if they are good we should see a rise.

I think generally this will rise for next 6 months on news alone and pent up demand/forward bookings and appetite for travel.

Still have USA to open up which will be a big boost.

Yeah too much news on the horizon still to keep the momentum in the right direction.

If ASOS figures are good its game on for £3.80 by January.

It might make sense to sell when Whatamess buys in.
