What HCI lent was 95p per share, discounted at 95%, so something like that. There were a lot of 95s around, I do know that.

There has been no news. Nothing has changed since the last company announcement except that Avacta is getting on with progressing its business and the trial is continuing to dose and assess the patients. What we are seeing is purely market fluff, nothing more. Nothing that is except a fantastic buying opportunity if you believe in the company's tech.

Garonne, if that's what floats your boat I suggest you toddle off and find a company to invest in that makes solid alkaline fuel cells able to run on impure hydrogen and with potential for big power outputs and stop hanging around here like a leak from a H2S cracker.

It's a bad assumption to say "it's likely that the leases during the trials were done via Speedy Hire". Your argument is holed by your own evidence: "many of whom are customers of Speedy". Many but not all. No, AFC were in direct contact with the construction companies. Of course they were. Do you think all the logistical and technical requirements for a new system with several different companies would be negotiated through a third party? You've just been blinded by the use of the term "builds on".

Each Power Tower is 10kW, max (4 x 2.5kW). This is 30kW.

The shape has also changed to be similar to the diesel generator shape. This was a recommendation from the construction industry trials I seem to remember. That will be more stable (less top heavy) than a tower arrangement. One can only see one side in that photo so I'm gusessing that the other side is the same as the visible side, which is to say there are twelve 2.5kW S series cells double-stacked in 6 compartments.

"Once established, the JV will initially purchase 30kW H-Power Generators from AFC Energy for a consideration of c.£2m in aggregate. The first of these systems are expected to be available later this year."

They couldn't have had space for the usual "Rugged enclosure designed for outdoor uses".

I notice that the base, where the forklift truck prongs go, has now been 'latticed' to reduce the weight to a minimum.

Hopefully this will be a good deal for both companies. The SP reaction for AFC has certainly been very strong. The hydrogen fuel cell product has been trialled and improved based on the feedback from several construction companies. AFC has a slow, steady strategy so as not to overreach and fail.

Currently up around 25% and a very disorderly SP with quoted sell price higher than buy. I like this sort of volatility!

A small step and it can't be anything else yet at the moment because but there is a limited number of Power Towers available and this hiring model has to tried, tested and proven before big sales can happen. This is the start of the uptick of the S curve for both the SP and getting AFC products made and sold.
