OK so since the beginning of SLBY, the stock has gone from around 650m shares in issue, to over 4 billion.

That is a SIX fold increase, AND they STILL owe over £16m to Mercuria, £6m payday & Forrest-gate.

To pay off the £3m debt, cost in dilution of less than 1/8th the shares in issue.

To pay all the remaining debt by dilution would less that double the shares in issue, so we were happy with the 6 fold dilution to get slby to where it is now, but with near £19m of poor debt etc, yet Angus could be debt free for only less than double current shares in issue and be banking in the green

Well Walkman, the problem with that is UKOG never do things the right way, and putting production string into a well with a crane can be done, it is done all the time worldwide, but only with significant OVER balance as running like that has only ONE barrier to the formation, the kill weight, NOW, putting massive kill fluid in the well has a dire effect in that it will push into the formation and can damage the near wellbore significantly.

So do they help themselves doing such stupid methods ?? yes, and how much did Broadford produce ??? ZILCH..

The problem with HH is that UKOG were lucky to hit decent fracturing which by default is carrying most of their oil, but unfortunately it drains pretty quickly as it moves easily through the geology to the wellbore, it is also the reason why water cut increases so easily and quickly,

My belief is if this was simply true permeable reservoir loaded with oil then further wells are a logical step, but they have resisted simply because to hit more "undrained" heavy fractures that could add more is likely to be limited to poor, and they know it.

It is a little similar to the basement fracture oil that Hurricane went after in the North sea, it drains to the well like fek, but is swiftly followed by water cut and dramatically increases, the actual formation contains little oil, it is all held in the large fractures.

The only reason I believe he is trying to pass the sword to DL is simply to string the HH story out longer, it works for both of them to milk it some more.

They hold neigh on a BILLION shares, with the latest chunk bolted on, they will make money out of it one way or another, and it is highly likely the price will "ermmmm" move, when they want to shift some, as is ALWAYS the case, these type big players have the ability "somehow" make the price move with or without news, and what happens ??? the price starts moving up, folk start talking about "OHHHH HERE WE GOOO, all aboard" and they then offload into the retail market at the price they want, as it comes back off again !!!

Singhie, "acquired" or simply took advantage, or part forced into the situation !!! They are not in it to make friends, and I am sure if they have a chance to offload some for 10-20% uplift, then they will. Other than that buyout is simply wishful thinking.

I would expect and find it of no surprise if Kemexon sell down chunk of stock (not including the locked in stock) at any opportunity they see in the coming months, I doubt they would be remotely interested in accumulating or bidding for them at all. That is just wishful thinking, and I am not sure it is something anyone would really want anyway.

I am inclined to agree with that, it needs time for Kemexon and Forrest-gate to flush out their unwanted stock, which I don't doubt will happen on any uplift of note. I doubt any sustainable rise will be seen for some notable time.

That is a bit stupid, the company is highly unlikely to go bankrupt, OK they have converted one of the "payday" loans, so that does not need further servicing, and they have more than enough daily revenue to deal/service the remaining debt.

That said, without Global financing, then the servicing/pay down of the remaining debt & the Forrest-gate outstanding debt could take well into summer to clear if they get back to full production.

If they do get £20 million Global financing, then they have just freed up £3m + of that £20m for "further developments etc, but then they will be servicing £20 mill at hoped, more manageable/favourable terms, though I expect it will not be as favourable as they first hoped.

But bankrupt !!, no, that is highly unlikely and stupid to post.

It appears to be a forced solution to the immediate problem they faced, and likely also due to being unable to get favourable enough terms on the Global financing, thus that has not happened as yet. It certainly does not look cheap to me.

As for them "freezing" the new stock in for 12 months, well I have seen this kind of carp before, the problem is the rest of their stock is NOT frozen in, so there really is nothing stopping them offloading significant chunks any time they feel (excluding this last bundle), and I am sure that is exactly what they will do with any uplift.

And it is extremely reduced to what was hoped, meaning to meet Angus expectations it needed to be more like 140p + for the later months.

I personally think Angus has now realised that after today's national news, stating they fully expect to have sufficient gas supply to see them through the winter, that the wholesale price "may " be under pressure, meaning it may struggle to rally to anything that high, though I do expect it will remain over a quid for this period.

Today futures are lagging through to end of Dec on the back of that, which obviously impacts the revenue from those months.
