We know there are small accumulations scattered around the Weald in general, but they are mostly small, the Kimmeridge in general is useless, other than for those "small" accumulations that have migrated out into traps, fractures etc.

Well I got fingers crossed you gat what you need PhilBoro, it's a horrible situation to be in, and I been there enough times myself, learnt the hard way, but thankfully survived to address and learn a different approach.

I think one of my biggest learning curves was to stop "loving" a company, and try work out what they are "not" saying etc etc.

It is madness when I look back on the "majority" of these oilies I have both tracked and punted over the last 20 years, and many have gone from pennies to as high as into the pounds, but I cannot find one that held it, one or two got bought out which were OK, and a few have gone to the wall.

So on paper it kinda shows it has to be traded, investing for the "end game" for the most is a fail.

As for Angus, well, I do think they have "wiggle" room to still turn things around, but right now on paper it still does not make sense, to me at least. still GLA.

As said many times now, I am not and have never been against the whole SLBY field aspects in general, it had fantastic hallmarks for making Angus a solid step onto another level, but there have been some pretty monumentally ad decisions along that journey, that in my view, could quiet easily have been avoided.

In fact all they had to do was stick with most of Plan A, which they had prepared for, it is in the history now, and the damage is done, but it is an unfortunate fact that where money is involved, emotions both sides can run beyond boiling point.

Anyway, we carry on, and I really do hope somehow this does make a rally that at least enables some to maybe even make a profit.

It is quiet funny though, Like Barney posted yesterday, to join in/buy some, there was a time I would have taken such a blind punt in the hope it continues, but on balance I probably lost more times than gained in those situations, so I stick to a much more disciplined way these days, not as much fun but gives a better return in the long run.

It was clear when they screwed up with the patch casing, I clearly stated out, and my frustration with their stupidity, and then I was VEEY clear once the dust settled that I bought back in, AND then I was ultra clear at 1.6p 1.7p on RNS day that I had sold most my holding, and why.

Which is what kicked off the 2 weeks or more of intense attacks on here. Surely your memory is not that bad lol....

All I had remaining was 2m free carry, which I held as it dropped back, and then I released them around the 1.1p mark AND stated I was out completely.

In fact transparency has been the biggest issue, I wished I had kept my mouth shut at times and maybe just lied for the sake of peace, but it is not my way.

I guess you are praying to the "drive mechanism" gods on this one, as I am 99% certain NONE of what you posted exists at this shallow depth, especially as the "seep" oil is not actually seeping at this location, it is simply carried within what is likely a shallow aquafer. As said, there is more oil in your tub of clover than down this hole lol...

Firstly I have probably traded Angus at least half a dozen times, as for 1.2p, I sold 2m of free carry shares at 1.3p, not bought them.

As for "risk" well I don't mind the "risk" on drilling, especially when I can measure that risk very well as far as COS is concerned, what you cannot fully establish is the "risk" of bad management decisions, unnecessary delays and dire funding solutions, which basically undermined the success of the work done at SLBY.

Now, if you somehow see some magical value that I don't right now, then good on you, but don't be letting the green eyed monster get to you, I have done well out of Angus, simply because I took a realtime daily view on their actions, and thankfully pulled out mosdt of my stock at the right time. seems you have issue with that lol.

There's more oil in a tub of "Clover" than there is in Pin1.

if I had bought lower I would be offloading into anything that can not be reasonably understood, "if you cannot explain it, Trade it" is something I have done for a long time now, seen this kind of stuff enough times to make it justified to stick with that personal policy.

Interesting to watch though, and as said, GL.

Good luck to holders, but for me, I am remaining well out of it, unexplained rises, especially with poor flow issues and low gas prices is not indicative to this rising, I will stick with my original view that this is being inner market shunted upward for "other reasons".

Though I will always say well done to anyone who "banks" a decent profit in these circumstances.
