Coltrane Asset Management seems like a fund manager that would be buying for a reason. Anyone know more about them?

A good summary of the numbers but no mention of the interest from II's, nor the outstanding quality of the recently upgraded senior management team. These are the reasons I am in for the long term.

Buying more today, this is a medium term hold, not sure when price will rise, but imo probably when the next results are announced.

Maybe a last minute rush today. Also those unaware of RCN history might be seeing the misstatement story for the first time. If so, they will need time to understand it.

Looks like issues are sorted and business as usual in the new year. It will take time for brokers to analyse this, not least because most of them are currently on vacation .

Anyone else noticed that the three major shareholders plus the two directors now own exactly 30% of issued shares . IF they are acting as a group, does anyone know whether takeover rules could come into play?
