Sales have to be higher than before

If you guys want APPLE or Microsoft in first year of app launch

You can read the Investec report and RNS with half year report.

They might not want it
but
Labels dont control MVR now, they just have a contract.
Just as Labels have a contract with Google through Youtube Sales
and with Apple through iTunes Sales.

I dont want it sold out unless its 5Bn as you say it, but money is money, no one rules money, if we have 5Bn limit, board will also have a limit. Let's be honest. Board gets an offer and they decide to sleep on it.

You try and sleep on a 3Bn offer and see if you can sleep, knowing that tomorrow you can open the drawer with 3 Billion in it.

There is another issue;
Creativity is a big issue here.
Its an extremely creative work which AM et all have put together and they are truly enjoying it and we can see that.
Once it becomes the norm.
Once it becomes management, they will lose interest.

They would need another challenge;
Perhaps Sell MVR
and get EVRH to start developing new VR things,
Advertisement is already mentioned
VR dramas, movies ? who knows ?

Creative people cant get stuck in a rut forever

I dont mean that expansion is absolutely beyond them, so lets put a simple case.
MVR will spend x money to bring a product, hoping to sell it for x+1 or x+2 and retain profit.

MVR product in future is going after all the gigs and festivals
We can argue they could just travel to gigs instead of having offices/staff every where.
But MVR is spear heading an almost a niche-like technology

So equipment is bit rare so are trained labour/staff.
Acquiring and Multiplying rare-ish equipment and trained staff has a cost.

Most gigs and festivals happen almost summer time all over the globe.
Scrambling all the people all around the world is only possible if you have that many people.
That many people will have that much cost attached.

This isnt a negative commentary at all.
Sales of Music alone should cover this but further freedom could come if MVR is acquired by NetFlix or Amazon who already have media people and facilities

They will stretch as far as they can, in fact that's what they are doing extending their library to encompass all genres.

As to why they will do it ?
Well thats just Force to keep going
Either keep raising money through dilutions
or Raise all the money at once ?

Besides money making is a dark art
so lets be honest
MVR has got here by asking for money to develop
More placings is just money
as is buyout

Why do we have Investec ?
That's never made sense to me
Investec is a seriously expensive broker
for an AIM company

Lastly, everyone has a tipping point
so will MVR
I think 5 Billion will easily be crossed
Forget EVRH
look at FAANG - they desperately need something for next decade
EVRH is one of few which can offer the escape

Please note that all buyout figures will be techonomics which is jiggery pokery, sales figures etc have no value.

If AR VR is growing
FB TECH LLC is onboard through Oculus
Most important factor is MVR has all 3 major record labels
record label only go where money is

2 Bn USD
minimum

Given this is all growing tech layer
and in near future to be mainstream tech
MVR is well in place to make the most of it
give a few hiccups along the road

I cant get my head around gold accounts, acclaimed full reserve banking and and credit
will have to wait and see what company says
this one is beyond me
unless someone explain where or why we ought to offer credit while base rate is volatile
