My sense is that all this restructuring, rebranding, appointments, decluttering
is just the start.

So its an attempt to rebrand and relaunch.
It would be easier to approach with TallyMoney Ltd.
All brand new and not directly influenced by other companies within Lionsgold Umbrella.

TallyMoney can also be separately listed as well as Lionsgold or instead of Lionsgold.
That would be a much better scenario for the product

They should continue finding money, they are trying, depends on offer terms I guess.

Lionsgold is a parent company which owns Tally Ltd.
its nothing to worry about - holding companies are a standard model to reduce tax specially for offshore assets. Hence the Guernsey b it.
