Institutional buyers need a tangible metric/standard they can justify to buy a small cap

Download / Adoption number is the only standard and it’s going up. Not going to moon but against what’s spent in marketing- the numbers are decent for a very new tech in a very new market.

Everything else the company is doing to establish this new business in new market can be debated as afterthought or hindsight for which neither of us get any prizes and equally Board doesn’t lose repute for making mistakes with right intentions.

Any institutional buyer or Gore like industry giants who are aware of MVR game plan are already in.

Until full blown Marketing is switched on, depending on when it’s the best time, Downloads won’t go north too quickly and TIL then other institutional buyers won’t come in.

Google and Apple have already praised the APP - so no need to think twice about it now.

It just won’t happen when we want it to happen.

It will go up without obvious news and obvious factors and it won’t make sense when it goes up.....that would be cause of institutional buyers in the background.

because actual accounts etc dont come out til a whole end of financial year
would be investor wont wait for a year

its a standard gauge for Tech APP
more downloads equates to more adoption

for the very reason
more downloads by itself means more business
