A strong team delivers

A strong board with experienced and expert professional is yet to be seen and much desired. If we continue with 2 people and a lawyer then apart from accommodating delays about the prosperity of the business, I will also expect the Product to be not very good and eventually it wont take off, which will be a very sad but guess what, that's just life. We get to reap what we sow.

I dont want to start the new year with negativity but to share more balanced view - the current board have failed in all their previous endeavours including so far with this now Tally which started as Lion on a completely different prospect.

So, lets all be realistic.... there are far many hurdles with current set up... and board will not forewarn you in a realistic business manner with integrity.

In case they do not bring this back to market
Legally speaking no one can really do anything about it
And I havent a time to run around or calling them names or start an online revolt, I wrote it off long time ago

be nice to see this thing prosper for its own sake and not just for shareholders sake

Forgive me for reiterating but I did warn everyone few months ago to not raise expectations - This is only the most probable outcome.

The way things are at the moment
Board comes up with developing Fintech App, as a business idea.
They have theory.
They need money to create that.
They hire people to do things

Neither Decent Money nor Expert Personnel are present

We will have same delays in marketing

Without experts and experienced professionals - everything will struggle
Unfortunately that's just how life is
