There's nothing new about the shortcomings of this company and management.

There's nothing anyone can do while deaths marching on the streets.

Our issue is simply return on our investment, we are getting closer to it. Swap our investment in coming months during IPO as said in last Q&A.

If one doesn't believe that will come true then prepare a decent concrete course of action. Legally nothing can be done but there are other venues. But this isnt the time.

Until the company is SOLELY about Tally - the chances would be very very very slim.

Corporate structure of Tally should be a small sentence with mere 12 words, which should read to anyone including would-be prospective Investors as, "TALLY Ltd develops Tally, the only global transferable wealth App."

Loans or getting Money wouldnt be a problem but mines and everything else apart from Tally gotta go - even if it means company just write them off cheaply or lend them out at no expense to other company.
