either that or company stand to face the legal issues (all of which will be public and on financial news)

Then audit wouldnt matter

But Tally App isn’t stable
And Board Reputation is extremely bad

Even if we get Audit
it would Audit gold for an app not stable run by a company of a bad reputation

Audit is meaningless

I think its possible that MVR Venues could end up being the Top Place to launch new artists -

At least physically - they can still post their videos on YouTube or other streaming services but MVR Venues with O2 Venues could become the Top Spot for Launching any new Artist or New Video etc for existing Artists.

But I have to warn that its not that straight forward, artists by their very nature like to be different from others - so if our studios can be customised in future - which doesnt sound difficult

Then MVR Venues is the only place to launch audio + video + VR

Napster deal also allows MVR to work as a recording company with far more profit for the Artists covering 3 platforms - if MVR can launch the next big artists (there's always one famous tune in a year ) then they have sealed themselves as a recording company as well.

people using TallyCard are incredibly brave and majority of consumers are not brave at all - which will be reflected in the uptake.

an under estimation about the integrity of the company
and as a financial product this will have an impact on the uptake
from both customers first
and from future investment

in effect everything will be harder
