The last quarterly financial report details cash in hand at 30/09/22 which was almost certainly insufficient for a Q1 drill, subsequent to that date the company will have spent on forward planning and of course the new Leonis leases (20% deposit) + possible payment for Storms 3D to support the deal.
For the last 3 years the fourth quarterly report has been issued during week 3 so we may get an update very soon.

Well said the sum of both companies is greater than just those assets quoted at 08:34 & 23:05, plus of course is the current market valuation of our neighbours who have been subject of a shorting attack and some setbacks in their current activities an accurate reflection of their worth?

At the moment I can see no pressing reason for a consolidation, SP is sufficient for trading on exchanges and as far as I aware we have no pending negotiations with institutional investors that would require action.
Previous CEO stated that he saw NO value in a consolidation .
Not saying it will never happen but I think company will pick an opportune time to ensure that shareholder value is not lost.

88E (est. 2015) have no history of consolidation.

Agree ,location should mean less time to get on and off the ice and of course less expense in construction but unfortunately can't see current funds even with Longhorn contribution being sufficient , plus of course we have to have funds to live on after the well what ever the result.
Just my opinion.
