Think every share placing has raised the same questions both during the initial raise and the susequent share issue and disposal process, unsure if any one on the board really knows and if they did how much they would tell us :-)
The volumes that were traded prior to the actual share issue suggest to me that there has been some forward trading or perhaps its just some of those sophisticated investors unloading existing share holdings prior to and in expectation of placing shares but there is no doubt this will rumble on for a while yet.
Let's hope for some positive newsflow from the company :-)

It's a possibility but none of us know.
