at 16:03 we had only traded ~12.7M shares, OTC has almost caught us up in just two hours of trading and that does not mean much on these sorts of volumes.

Unlike ASX (& Cboa) AIM & OTC are not matched markets, the market makers reporting their purchases & sales as separate transactions thus effectively doubling up the volume.
In simple terms they buy a million shares (reported here as a SELL) and then when they sell those shares it is reported as a BUY.
Only 1M shares have moved but 2M have been reported.

Individual Nominee Account holdings tell little in any case so their consolidation probably gives us more detail of individual holdings hence all the new names.
