Next moves possibly dependent on the AGM results, results almost certainly posted the same day (11th).

GBP 3D now becoming available from Geological & Geophysical data release service, first release is Alcor which covers the territory to the North of Hickory-1. looks to be at bargain basement level but whether of any use to 88E I am unsure.

GBP 3D shot whilst the State was very actively supporting exploration at up to 85% of costs, as part of the deal public release of well and 3D data was a condition.

will be very interesting to see the results this AGM, last year the remuneration report was the tightest of the votes (61%:34%), based on the RNS 02/05 it is going to be tighter this year.

Hickory-1 is very close to the Dalton ~300M but its still tundra and subject to winter season etc.
Its usual for DNR not to allow anything but ice pad and road for an exploration well even that close to the Dalton.
I think our neighbours had the successful flow test at Alkaid-1 and their extended flow testing plans to back up their gravel pad application at Alkaid-2, not sure what bonding costs applied in the event the gravel has to be removed.

For the UK votes need to be in by 5th May (if I am reading right), can only speak with any experience of voting via HL, simple task via secure messages "corporate actions".
Just list the resolutions and your decision against each, not forgetting company name and date etc.

Company has stated that flow testing will be "early as possible in 2023/2024 winter season" and in the presentation the timeline actually spans Q4/23 - Q1/24, perhaps iceroads and pads completion Dec,23 in preparation for an early start.
In the meanwhile we should get some newsflow in respect of updated resources report and plus news of any progress elsewhere (Leonis?).

Completely correct, the consolidation scare story has appeared so many times over the years :-)
Sure it may happen one day but the only people that will know in advance will be the company and its advisers etc. not a poster on LSE.
Just have to await an RNS.

Part of the AOGCC's remit is the regulation of situations where reservoirs(pools) are cross border, Alaska is well developed in terms of regulation.

At the moment all we have secured are the oil & gas rights on the leases, permissions for surface use of land and drilling still have to be applied for from DNR(DOG) and AOGCC, along with all the other permits required.
At least we go into this project with 3D already shot and at bargain basement prices, DOG did a lot of analyse on the Storms 3D 2-3 years ago which may be available and give a head start.
Any project costs money to progress however and there is no magic money tree, if money raised results in commercial oil then no one will mind too much.
Pre drill analysis needs to be top notch to ensure we only drill (spend) with a decent chance of success.
