Pandy2 this is primarily an ASX "BOD" much higher standards of governance than AIM, see our consortium colleagues who were previously suspended for lack of activity (not money) etc.
We are told what is happening, just don't expect the BOD to give confidential or incomplete information that would compromise them and ultimately us.

did someone say that they have been invested for 4 years and are down? surely that can't be unless of course thay have liked the story and kept accumulating on the spikes, really!

Today is a day for me to reflect on the presentation after an easy weekend, to try and understand if what DW said about the HRZ somehow vindicates and confirms the decision to go vertical after all we had a 128' seam of HRZ in which we needed to pick an entry point for a horizontal, think how tall 128' is and it seems that the oil and gas is not quite comingled in the rock.
Have to study the performance rewards scheme, not sure how many here have ever read the 88E corporate governance pages in any case, seems to me just good company policy to get this sorted, Have already contacted HL to ask how I should action my vote, hope everyone (shareholders) will vote and then just accept the result, DW did not seem concerned either way :-)
Don't fly to Perth to vote if you hold your shares via a nominee account as I do not think you will be allowed to :-)
After a day or twos reflection I am appy and relaxed about things.

Some good posts that reflect my memories of the event.
Of cause I would have liked hrz to have worked, two drills at least on the Western fairway and for us to fully funded to do all of that and Winx, life is not always that easy, we are a junior explorer with limited resources and funds and hindsight can be very cruel.
Felt DW told us what he could and at least he is prepared to meet shareholders without minders.
