Stockdale I am very sure that TFD understands that we are not a producer, however we are in farm out negotiations and the price of oil going forward is relevant to those negotiations, whether anyone can predict what the future may hold one for sure is that the world will need oil for many years to come and that exploration and discovery of reserves has fallen behind during the last few years of low POO.

H-H is there significance to that 3% figure?

Although I have seen leases assigned incorrectly by DOG (not very often) I do not recall or remember seeing a AEA/Bex lease assigned to CP, could it just be a historic lease? remember many leases have multiple owners under multiple ADL numbers over the years.
Reference to the Recorders Office shows nothing.
If it did happen it will still be detailed on the ADL lease document, transactions are not deleted just amended so do we have an ADL number?

JH 16:12 my overriding impression was how chipper DW was, I am sure that the data room has been well received.

less than 100 day to year end by Monday, DW's roadmap is a deal by then, although as he quite rightfully says the piper may play the tune here, but an announcement regarding exclusivity could come any time in my opinion.
Positive initial 3D on YL may well play a part yet.
