15M shares or there abouts traded today, a lot of them buys, not possible to draw any conclusion in my opinion.
As for FO DW has said target is year end 2018 but if tier1 wants longer it will be so..
The OSH-Armstrong deal, Repsol - Armstrong, Caleus - ENI, BP-COP deals just happened, no pre announcement or even rumours, why should it be different here. Excepting an exclusivity agreement.
Just my opinions.
