I know RMP have been making claims about permit receipt by end of November, public period only ended the 16th Nov so in my experience no chance of anything yet and it means nothing in reality at the moment, bit of spin to talk up SP?
Despite what a few insinuate DW is generally very accurate and realistic when it comes to timings.
