I read that article that it is the underwriting that costs not the RI, agree that RI proved an offer too far.
But as I say limited options and would be very poor management if we ran of cash out during WINX*.

is a Rights Issue more expensive?
My understanding is that you don't pay broker fees on rights issues. So they are the cheaper option in that regard. Imagine the brokers are not keen on rights as there is potentially nothing in it for them (they will have got fees on the shortfall placement though).
Ultimately it would have been dismal management if we had run out of money during or straight after WINX, yes SP has been hurt but how high would we be now? no one really knows :-)

Muscat FO is related to Icewine conventional so not directly linked to the "consortium" drill.
Only news we have about FO progress is nothing and being realistic I would expect it be nothing at this time.
Not enough evidence to know whether uncertain or not.
